Once you're Exalted with the League of Arathor you are given a quest. You must control all 5 bases in Arathi Basin and as a reward you get this cool tabard. :)

The most bizarre thing on the tabard says "Requires The League of Arathor - Hated"

I'm assuming that they had meant to make it available to all and purchaseable with marks but perhaps forgot add it to the vendor.

I assume this item is still quested upon exalted with Arathor.

Of course, can't really test this as I don't know anyone that's near exalted :)

dude, this is to seperate the men from the boys, exhaulted is no easy thing, if your wearing this you are a hardcore player, no questions asked

lvl 20 is the item lvl that thottbot gives to it, maybe they just arbitrarily picked 20 due to the minimum lvl required to get it? because then it would be 20, in theory (despite it's lack of theasability in reality), the lowest lvl you can get into arathi basin, i believe

It complements the new Stormrage Cover graphics since it uses the same yellow. Looks really good on Model Viewer.

You have to be exalted fully. Then do the quest you get it as reward.

I was wonderin the same thing if i could get the tabard after this new patch which i think i can but when i look what the AB vendor sells the tabard isnt there.

Yeah after the patch (2.0) you can still get this tabard, but make sure you have the AB quest completed, you can get this quest outside of the actual portal to get into AB. Since the privates tabard and knights colors tabard both cost marks im sure this one will too, which means NO you will not have to be exalted, looks sick on my warrior with field marshall gear :)

I was curious to find out about the item, as there has been much confusion over it. A GM replied to my ticket today stating that as of Patch 2.0.1 the tabard is no longer available.

Getting the Arathor tabard is the same as before patch 2.0, you must first be exhaulted with the League of Arathor and then complete the quest "The Battle For Arathi Basin".

i don't know why bliz made that choice, but it's kind of like that title they are adding on the next patch if you're exalted with your factions from AB, WSG, and AV. Judicator for alliance, and Conqueror for horde. feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.

i had this one at my Hunter before TBC did come and now i want it on my Rogue, is it possible to get this one now? or Blizz remove that Tabard?

When i got it, it whas a Quest for lvl 60 i whas lvl 60 and had to controll all 5 Bases

horde already needed to b 60 to get the q for their AB Tabard, so its only fair that the allys do to

You need to b exalted, wich sux, even more without Marks to exchange :'(

This is the only tabard I wear now, because its the only thing that not every person has anymore. I have confirmed that you need exalted, and you need to do the quest, and you need to be at least 60 to do this. Good luck... No more mark turn in = GG

Need 2k to exalted, because it was alot easier to get reputation with the arathi people with marks ;b

That Tabard is a Nightmare to get, have to control all 5 bases on one time
i used weeks to get it.. not easy when hordes never giving up, got it on my Hunter to :)

After the new patch you need to get exalted with league of arathor - after that you can get a quest from the dude standing outside the cave in refuges point? You know, the one you sign up for AB BG's ...The quest is easy, just hold all 5 bases at the same time.. Gz new shiny tabard =)
