this one drop from random trash mob in ZG, and is thus bind on equip. the very first drop our guild got after 10minutes in ZG and i got it. its pretty good and im sure itll be pretty common

This helm is a near pvp gods helm. I think it surely surpasses the lionheart because of the better balance. Sad thing is, its not common at all. At allakhazam.com it says its one drop so far out of 2345 recorded. Im sure theyve been killed more than that but thats some incredibly low drop rates. Anyways i was a lucky S.O.B. and picked this up at the AH for 130g. Its also glitched, the hair leaks through the sides and back.

its not THAT good if you compare it with the lionheart... and yet it sold faster and higher price than lionheart ..

but then again... lionheart is a crit base... this is a pure damage base :p

Got this the other day, only to have a guild decide to offer lionheart helm free combines.. now I have to decide to save for lionheart of keep this one (helm of endless rage lite heh).

It has the same model as lionheart, it's just a faded/pale blue.

Would love to have the model updated.

Agility only adds dodge and crit. And in pvp warriors dont really need dodge, raw crit is better.

Picked this up for less than 1/2 cost of lionheart.. maybe if your a crit reliant warr yeah lionheart is way better... However for a warrior who prefers some stats over strait percentages,this helm is tough to beat that's a BOE... Can't wait to get my warr to 60 so i can use it. also--for those who don't know, agil only adds to AP, and dodge as well as crit, not parry. It also adds a small amount of armor. In my humble opinion this is a nice all around helmet.

This is not better than lionheart in terms of PvP or if you want to DPS in raids. This helm does have just a tad bit more attack power and 13 stamina, lionheart has 0 stam. You can say just slap a hp libram on it but you'd do the same to the gurubashi helm, so you're still short 130hitpoints, BUT lionheart has the highest crit % chance available on helm piece, 2%, which is equivalent to +40 agi. along with +2% chance to hit which makes it an amazing helm. You dont want too much agil as a warrior for PvP trust me. When I dinged 60 I had the lionheart, a reaper and stronghold gauntlets (immune disarm), I cannot tell you how many warrior dorks Ive killed because my overpower button kept lighting up because they had high agil and wielded zinrok calibre weapons, helm of endless rage, flameguard guauntlets, etc.

Tell you what: protection specced warriors (like me) would already be happy to grab such a helm for farming (and maybe the one and another PvP run). Yes, Lionheart helm has that whopping 2% to crit and a hitbonus aswell (which is awesome for dualwielding), but still, if you can't be arsed to farm mats/spend tons of money for a Lionheart (and also not be arsed to do the Heroism set quests), this helm should be your number one choice for the mentioned use.

Oh, and to some of the above posters: be a little bit more nicer to people who aren't calling BWL farmable yet, mkay?

if you are a fury warrior, you need Hit and crit more then pure agi/str...

this, would blow lionheart outta the water for Amrs warriors... but for us fury's lionheart is the best helm till we might get our greedy hands on the helm off endless rage(which im not even sure is better, im still calculating)

hit/crit items are really more off a fury thing, let the arms have the stat helm with that enormous AP they need....

But, im you dont have lionheart, and theres no arms warrior (there allways is) take this! :D

I am one of the lucky SOBs who got couple of boe items from ZG, so I have this helm wich is btw very good, and nice 1h axe with +sta and agy and increases axes by 2, so its total 307 with me orc warrior...^^ So since I have this helm, I wont bother to get Lionheart, will farm mats from titanic leggings instead

i fail to see how this is even almost as good as lionheart...

this is a piece of $%^& in comparison. you LOSE 2 crit and 2 hit for 130 HP and like 8 attack power

i could take 130 HP from you with 2 ticks of deep wound, hell mages have hit me with FROST NOVA for more than that... 8 attack power is piss in the ocean, i have 1460. 8 AP is gonna get you like 2 dmg per hit more after armor anyways.

i mean, you could argue that the +hit is useless if you already have it capped, but you can argue that agi is worthless except for crit, for any warrior..

so what makes this better? is it because 22 is bigger than 18? and 21 is better than 2 and 2? your logic is borked. extra HP is nice but you should know by now that if you simply kill someone faster, you dont take the damage.

This helm and lionheart are totaly uncompareble.

Altho this was just a comment that did not stand at all i will not coment it anymore,exept saying few things:

1.When u see item topic dont say:Kroll pwns this,Replacement for this and better than that,thats just lame.Its not that were dumb and pick greens over epixx-its just that someone of us have RL (Real Life u n00bin) so i CANT farm for few weeks just to have Lionheart Helm or other expensive epics!Nor can everyone have all items so they can think:"Hmmmm i dont need Untamed Blade,tomorow i will take Ashkandi"(?)@#$% that!
So stop wanking coz u are full epic and realise that someone is not still even 60.Few months ago u were dreaming tier 0 also so dont be arrogant for ppl that are weaker than u (in wow ofc)
Lionheart Helm is the 1 of 3 best Dps helms ingame,and Gurubashi Helm is just little copy of Helm of Endless Rage :))) wich pwns arses (Horde arses preferably).
Anyway still worthy helm for pre-mc equip (IF u still dont have Lionheart one).

The drop rate is low because for a 60th level character, it's one of the strongest buyable items in the game outside of Molten Core. It had better have a low drop rate.

As for whether or not it stacks up to Lionheart Helm, it doesn't in terms of damage output. Lionheart has +18 str, 2% to crit and to hit, while Gurubashi has +22 str but only 1.05% to crit (for a warrior). However, the 13 sta makes this a strong helm to consider for pvp, where how long you can stay alive is arguably as important as how much damage you can deal in a short period of time.

Some good cash if you wanted to resell it, I'm using it when I pvp, switching to valor helm when I tank. Still in mainly craploots gear though.

Has anyone compared this to the lionheart helm? How does 21 agility stack up to 2% chance to crit? Can someone do the math?

I have thise helm bught it from ah for 230g
as i am paladin and use thise helm for pvp it is great for me. As abaut looks it kook like lionheart helm only green.
