It's lying on the ground next to Deathclasp's spawn point. I spent 2 hours farming those Stonelash Flayers for it. Don't make my mistake. (Although I did make about 5g in vendor trash doing it)

Go to Bronzebeards encampment. Go all the wat to the back. Look east go up the hill follow it around on the right hand side. Sitting next to the path. Whatch out for the 58 (elite) mods

It's on about a 15 minute respawn timer... at the location others have said.

Its on the way up the little hill, in a little yellowish vase/bottle ;)
Just be careful for the 59 elite

If you look at the droprates, you see that this drops from:

Object : Noggle's Satchel.

Press the MAP button, and you see it.

Its 10min spawntime (or so) so grab it before the ppl who are there ;)

Its guarded by a lvl 59 elite and 2 lvl 58, they are patrolling tho so just grab the bag when they are as far away from it. GL

The quest item is along the wall... you don't kill anthing to loot it.

Watch out for the Elite Scorpion, Deathclasp.

If you haven't already done so, pair this with Wanted:Deathclaps Terror of the Sands from the wanted poster just outside the Inn at Cenarion Hold. That's the elite scorpid that patrols there and you kinda have to kill it to get to the satchel anyway. Bring a friend.
