The ...of Restoration variation has +stamina, +healing, and +mana/5 seconds.

The ...of Sorcery variation has +spell damage and other stats.

The ...of Striking variation has, I think, +agility, +strength, and +crit/dodge.

I swap out my normal set pieces for the abyssal resto pieces when I'm in a group as the main healer.

Got these the other day. I like them better than Wristguards of Stability. Slightly less attack power, but chance to crit and dodge, and more health.
I forget the exact stats, but the ones of striking were something like 12str/12agi/12sta
