You need to be with a status of Neutral or above to turn this this quest. The quest says "unfriendly/neutral" but it is deceiving. The Turn-in won't show up till you obtain the Neutral Status in faction.

Sure, it is repeatable
if you complete it again you get 2 health/mana potions and 85 Silver and 150 Reputation

Who do you give this to for faction? I can't find anyone to take it.

If you are neutral but they don't speak to you, make sure to have the square on the right to the reputation with the Timbermaw clan line unchecked.

Apparently you have to hand the totems to Timbermaws in the tunnel, not over at the actual hold in Azshara.

Im at 1545/3000 rep for this quest how much do i need to be neutral?

You need to find a Furbolg called KERNDA in the tunnel (from Felwood to Winterspring)
He acknowledges you, and takes the totems in return for Major Heal potions and Mana Potions etc, plus Rep with Timbermaws (but remember, you have to be at least Neutral to talk to him)

Kernda just seems to shamble around the tunnel (typical furbolg-style)

You need to kill dead wood furblogs near the camp in ferales and down by timbermaw hold the are at

Co-ords: 62,10 and 48,90

They give five rep each.

Tip: If you did the quest from the camp you can get DeadWood Headress that drop off them to pass in to the guy for extra rep.

When the text gets to neutral/neutral pass it into the guy at the timbermaw hold at

Co-ords: 65,7
FYI: It is the entrance to the place follow the tunnel till you come to a chamber and he is somewhere around there

You give it to Kernda in the tunnels. Kernda is the only one that is slightly blue. He will say "What do you want?" Click on the totem and he gives the quest.
85s for getting quest 85s for ending it.
5650 exp at lvl 54 + 150 rep

Hmm, I'm honored and I got 350 rep.

Gives 85s, 2 Major Healing and 2 Major Mana pots, plus 100 Rep at 60.
