Basically Bracers of Arcane Accuracy with -10 resistances instead of +1%hit.

As a rule I'd say that as fire go with these and frost go with BAA, but it really depends on how much +hit you already have.

o.O this is......truly epic, i have a priest and so wouldn't take this but for any warlock or mage, in either pvp or pve, this is godly. Now the big question......where from? hopefully not AQ but looking at those stats, I guess it probably is.

nice bracers.. there seems 2 b a lot of these lower ure target's resistances, and i love it. getting a little tired of AP+fireball (resisted!)+ PoM Pyro (also resisted!) fireblast (resisted again!) and thus doing 0 dmg :P

I'm a PvE Shadow priest. I want these over Bracers of AA because I have 10% hit from talents, and another 3% from gear already. With the -resistances, I'll be up to -50 total, which is almost my own CoS : ). If I had these, I'd use my lame-ass Rune of Perfection from WSG rep, and Don Rodrigo's instead of Zanzil's Seal. I don't like Don Rodrigo's, but if I stacked -resistance it'd be pretty good for me. Either ring goes good with AQ Revered caster ring.

with all our mages packing the broodlord bracers i'm opening these to Hunters in my guild. I for one would wear them to prevent those annoying arcane shot resists.

Broodlord bracers are really nice, but the 1% to hit on them could very likely be bettered by these bracers IF you stack extra -resist gear.

Broodlords Bracers are better until you have 4% hit not counting your bracers slot.

If you have 4% hit from say Helm/Legs ZG Enchant and Nef's Tear Trinket than the -Resist Bracer is better.

These are identical to the Bracers of Arcane Accuracy that drop off Broodlord in BWL, except instead of +1% spell hit you get -10 resists to target. Broodlord's bracers are better, but these are probably a lot easier to get.
