+25 Agillity is a nice enchant for this weapon. I recommend it for paladins, as it will be more effective for them than Crusader.

This sword is wielded by almost all the 2-hnaded fury warriors on my server. Very nice. Slap a +25 STR on it and it's gold.

Better than Zin'Rokh, I'd say. A little bit less straight up DPS, sure, but the extra crit from agility (more flurry/vengeance, depending on class) more than makes up for it.

Very nice 2-hander, had it for quite some time now and its still pushing its weight. Planning to use it until i can get my GM armor, instead of going straight for a GM weapon.

This is the obvious upgrade to the IBS, but unlike the IBS, it has less Agility.

IBS is one of the easiest "endgame" weapons you can get. Therefore Hunters have no excuse AT ALL to roll on this weapon.

At all, really. Unless they just want to look cool preety much. Any guild that allows this is simply a joke. Any PuG leader that manages to run this and allows this should be blacklisted.

I'm sorry Hunters, but you have absolutely no claim at all on this weapon. Due to less Agility and more Strength, even a Paladin would be more suited than you on this weapon. How sad and pathetic eh'?

Sorry, I hate having to say it, but you know it's true. Stick to your dual wield. You never ever melee, and you get to have two weapons on you you can stat enchant, seriously, take advantage of it, and leave the 2 handers to those who will use the fine edge of it's blade.

This isn't really that much better than a OEB, Zin'rokh is actually better for us warriors. Those who has a warrior as a main can pretty much careface this weapon. The damage isn't good enough. Ragnaros drops better, Hakkar drops better.

Below are the tree weapons it can be compared to with their AP converted to damage:

Zin'rokh = 213 - 312 dmg. 280hp
Manslayer = 196 - 286 dmg. 200hp. 0.75& crit + dodge. 15 armor.
OEB = 193 - 281 dmg. +8 sword spec.

For my sake I'd let anyone take this

It also has 35 strength, and a Hunter stacking strength stats needs to reroll.

Stam - All classes.
Agi - All non-casters.
Strength - All melee classes.

Leaves it to Rogues, Paladins and Warriors. It's 2handed, so that leaves it to Paladins and Warriors, who will get the most usage out of this weapon.

I'm gonna have to say this would deffinately benifit warriors/paly a bit more than hunters.

First off why the hell would a hunter want this weapon with 35 strength and only 20 agility?
hunter: 35 equals 35 Attack power
Warrior: 35 equals 70 Attack power
so a warrior gets more attack power anyways
now the hunter running this raid obviously is not going to be taking any damage or attacking any1 in melee in intance raids so the 13 or w/e stamina is not going to benifit the hunter at all unless ur in some weird melee hunter giuld that has hunters attack with their melee weapons.
Then how many hunters actually use their melee weapon that much. so all the weapon is for really to giver the +15 agility enchant and w/e the weapon has on it. and a warrior/paly always uses their melee weapon... they have no other attack

so bottom line im not saying its not for hunters and every hunter who wants this weapon should burn in the couldron im saying look at it logically and it will benifit warriors better hunters should stick to their guns and agility and leave the strength to the meats

raid leader would not let a hunter have this if the warrior or pally had 50 dps mace/sword/polarm/axe, but hunter would get a chance to roll on it if all warriors had somthing better, i was in AQ and this happened, ( droped first run ) because it was our first run we took all our geared warriors and they all had better then this ( lol all four had Zin'rok, or what ever the sword that drops of hakker in ZG is called) and it was going to be sharded, all hunters rolled and what do you know, a HUNTER got it, it was no big deal, but if there are warroiors or pallys with &*!@ weapons and this bad boy drops it goes to them. you got to deal witht that. and all hunters are not $%^& wits, most of them are not %^&* wits just a few retards that spam HUNTER WEAPON!, hehe, but most hunters are nice peaple like everyone else

ok here the truth. this sword is ment for warriors and pallys. hunters want agi. yes but its not like warrior dont want the agi too. any smart hunter would realize that doing with frigon duel bone slicing hackets would be better. think about it
13+13=26 and after 1.10 u can get +25agil so add another 50 to that 76agi
now hunters would u rather have this sword with 15 or be smarter and have the hackets or somthin with more agi than thins

Got this last night off of Rajaxx. The encounter was bugged pre-1.10 but now we found it easier to navigate with steady, predictable waves. Assigning a healer to the Lt. General Andropov and his friends was key to the fight, especially the boss.

I decided to slap on the new +25 agility enchant to the sword for crit and dodge %.

Are you serious dude? Stamina and agility just for hunters? What is the basis for the wrath and might set for warriors, spirit? don't think so. It's stamina buddy, and warriors use agility too. 18 agility is 1% crit chance, along with armor and dodge %. Go suck on the warblades of the Hakkari you freaking noob and stfu.

i have a warrior who would like this wep. my hunter could use it either. if it dropped for my warrior i would pick it up because i am using Destiny.

my hunter would not pick it up if it dropped because i like my 2 bone slicing hatchets with agi enchants. maybe if the warriors did not want this, i might pick it up for PvP. other than that, i dont really care for this wep as a hunter. but that is just my opinion. other hunters may like this more than i do.

this game is home to many people with many different opinions and every1 is free to think what they like.

Why do hunters think that just because they can equip two handers that they should be able to roll on them.
I'm not saying that this is a great weapon, just that come boss time hunters dont melee jack.
How many bosses in MC/BWL etc do you guys melee?
How many bosses/trash mobs do rogues and warriors melee (and yes i know rogues cant use two-handers...lol...just an example for when hunters want daggers)?
Therefore, the huge majority of end game melee weapons should not go to a hunter unless the other melee classes have passed.
And the 'well I need them for pvp' arguement doesn't hold water. The drops are not coming from pvp, the drops come from killing end game bosses and the drops should go to guildies that will use them for such.

The reason Hunters want debatable weapons is purely for the stats that can boost their ranged attack power and crit chance. The strength on this weapon clearly shows to pass it to a Warr. or pally. The strength boosts melee attack power, which a hunter shouldnt do much of. The 15 agility isnt much but hey its agility.
The strength is not as useful to Hunters as it is to strong melee classes.

yeah, this sword is wonderful. anyone who thinks zinrokh is better...idk, maybe it is, but not to me. i'm a warrior, and the guild is giving me this sword when it drops. unfortunately, it hardly ever drops..

the raw stats of this sword make it better than zinrokh, and i'd gladly take it anyday. hunters get warblades from hakkar, so they shouldn't have to worry about rolling on this, unless no warrior or pally wants it.

Walked out of AQ on my hunter wearing this bad boy. I only went in for rep, but looks like I'll have a new toy to play with for PVP.

Yes, there are better weapons out there. No, I'm never gonna see a set of Hakkari warblades on my hunter because A) my guild rarely finishes a ZG, B) I have to compete against the rogues and dps warriors (and we have several), and C) I'd rather have the ZG claws anyway. My guild doesn't run dkp for 20-mans, we do them basically for fun and rep and maybe pick up some useful gear along the way. Over half the gear gets DE'd, maybe more...hey, it's just loot, gear comes and goes so fast it's not worth whining when you lose a roll or dkp bid. I'm fortunate enough to be in a guild that realizes this as well as appreciating that gear can be used by many classes; the only gear that ever gets earmarked for a specific person or class are legendaries and particularly important drops like green dragon +NR gear. I would /gquit any guild that didn't give me just as much chance to go for this.

Hunters melee, it's a fact of life. Anyone who believes a hunter should never be in melee ranged has never played a hunter in PVP. You do whatever you can to get back out to ranged in PVP, but in the meantime you're stuck face-to-face and you might as well do as much damage as you can then. The 40 agility (after enchant) isn't bad for ranged, either, there are better of course but you're talking a minimum of 80 AP (more with lightning reflexes) and nearly 1% crit, with some nice dodge to boot. It's no Barb, but hey, what is? ;) Even PVE I find myself meleeing a lot, I do enough dps that my pets have trouble holding aggro and sometimes I'm too lazy to bother feigning (or it's on cooldown, or I'm fighting mana burn mobs that have sucked all my mana away.) Hey, sometimes it's fun just to melee for a change.

I think it's funny there are so many people here griping about losing the gear to hunters...that ought to be a clue that maybe, just maybe, it's worth something to a hunter. Especially if said hunter was willing to spend dkp on the item. I can tell you in my case, when free roll was called for the item, the three hunters in the raid rolled almost immediately, BAM BAM BAM, while after a minute or so a couple pallies thought they'd throw their hand in the ring. Where were the warriors? Why bother, they all have much better gear. A handful of dps warriors might want it, but they'd certainly be trading it in soon for something else.

Honestly, while I can understand how frusterated a warrior could be by losing this to a hunter or a paladin, there is no weapon that is bound to one class unless the item specifies.

Ok, so your warrior is melee near 100% of the time. That does make it crucial to have a good weapon.

Paladins can heal, but this does NOT mean that it's the only thing they can do. Paladins can have amazing DPS given the right spec, and in any solo PvP or PvE they also need a good weapon.

Hunters have ranged attacks, and traps and wing clip, making it maybe a small bit less important for them to have a good melee weapon. However, hunters can often be forced into melee combat due to PvP or some PvE situations involving more than one mob.

So given that it is important for all 3 classes to have a good melee weapon, what's all the *!@#ing fighting about?

Warriors want first dibs, they do all the tanking, they should be rewarded.

Paladins want a chance for a good weapon, as is often denied them under the arguements about what "class" an item should be or about whether or not paladins can DPS.

Hunters want a good Melee weapon, which they are denied even more often for the same reason, and the fighting over whether or not a good hunter uses melee.

The fact is, ALL THREE classes have a use for this, or any other melee weapon. Unless a melee weapon has a fairly class specific stat like +def (for tanks) or + ranged AP (for hunters) or + healing (for pallies), then it should be a tossup between the three classes which can utilize the weapon.

I've heard arguements that people don't raid to outfit their players for PvP so pallies and hunters don't need these weapons. Then why do warriors need these weapons? Aren't they the only class allowed to MT high end instances? Shouldn't they be restricted to main hand weapons and sheilds? But wait, warriors have a different spec that allows them to dish out phenomenal DPS with either dual weilding or 2h weapons. So if a warrior can feel free to spec themselves however they want, why can't there be a retro pally dishing out mass DPS in between heals? Or a hunter who choses to poison and debuff and wear down their opponents with range and then decemate them with melee?

I've seen plenty of raids with players who tear through instances and high end bosses easily because they have all of their classes functioning at full efficiancy, with hunters and paladins doing their jobs and adding mass DPS.

Sure it might be nice to have this weapon before any other class does. And if your guild chooses to favor drops to one class at first that's for them to decide. But the endless bickering over which class gets what weapon is pointless, because all three classes can use two handed weapons to their full potential, and if someone feels that the weapon they'd like to roll on is better for their spec than the one you think they should have, they're most likely right, because they know their spec and play style better than you do.

As of the recent patch, I'd rather see this go to a warrior. Agility only gives 1 Ranged AP now, so even with the enchant, it's still only like.. 40 ranged AP.

i think its better to give this to a warrior. i got this about one month ago, and because of the stats, a warrior could use it better than a hunter. dunno about pallys. even today ppl whisper me and asks where i got it. i climbed up a lot on damage meters after that, and many mages had trouble keeping up.
i switched The Unstoppable Force and Halberd of Smithing out for this one, and i dont regret.
i would rather see this sword go to a warrior than a hunter, because of the stats. there is dps warriors out there, and hunters can get weapons with more than 15 agility on them.

This weapon should go to warriors first. Why? Progression.

+35 Strength: The highest warrior damage stat. This weapon has lots of it.
+20 Stamina: To keep the warrior alive, also great for PvP.
+15 Agility: .75% critical chance. Very good.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but you hunters would get 200 hp and 15 AP out of this. Ice Barbed Spear, a weapon from AV, gives you 200 hp and 21 AP. IBS is an upgrade from this, no? Melee damage and the Strength are useless to hunters in raids.

Paladins? Yes, they should get this weapon, after all warriors have passed. I don't know about your guild, but mine rarely has paladins assigned to deal melee damage in raids. Warriors with MotQ are simply more useful to the guild. Paladins still >>> Hunters on this, though.

This item drops from General Rajaxx. The mighty Qiraji known as General Rajaxx commands the Qiraji armies in battle. He was described in the War of the Shifting Sands as "a towering monstrosity, swinging clawed limbs, looming over all and always shouting commands to the insect soldiers of Quiraji and Silithid during battle." He is currently a boss found in the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj.

If the whole raid has good equipment, then a hunter could have it just for the looks. Im a hunter my self, but any hunter who took this over a warrior is just plain stupid and has NO idear what they are doing.. Probably only doing it because its epic.

There are other MUCH better 2h hunter weapons.

The stats are NOT great for any hunter. If you feel the need for a good melee weapon you are obviously not very good at playing hunter and keeping mobs away from you. Sure we need to melee sometimes, but if you knew what you where doing, you would pass on this.

I agree that we pay for the game aswell as everybody else and can bid on whatever item we want, but then at least be honest and bid on it because you want some big*ss epic weapon that you can show to your friends and stop talking about "need"

I've got this and I am a hunter.. end of discussion.

Anyone who argues which way as to who gets what is selfish and has now understanding how a well balanced and mature raid works.

There are class specific items or items that are a priority for other classes in our raids, you will not find a hunter rolling on those unless:

A. They are the next class in line (i.e. warriors and rogues do not want em)
B. The stats are neutral in that the item is not geared towards any one class
C. They have the dkp, no one wants the item so they get it for kicks

I stuck +25 agility on my Manslayer and its great for pvp - thats where I use it and maybe when I am grinding for cash solo. I have raid sepcific gear and weapons, I use those in a raid but there is no policing of what I do outside the raid so moronic posts dictating who gets what are futile in the long run and generally posted by people who are either in a poorly managed raid guild or who themselves have never been anywhere near the dungeons where these items drop.

By the way, I also have a Drake Talon Cleaver with a Crusader enchant - just for kicks in pvp and to annoy all the other classes who like to preach their gospel on who is supposed to have what.

If a paladin wants to roll on the item, no one else needs it, and he/she has the dkp, let them have it - any self respecting guild who is hitting these high level raids should be way beyond the petty loot arguments.

This dropped after a hard fought 5th try of Rajaxx and our hunter got screwed out of this because everyone insisted that Fury warriors should get this first. I was pissed along with her.

Paladin = healer! = no use of this weapon
Warrior in what ever shape or form with this = tasty DPS

and btw its fine for a hunter to use a 2hander for bit of quick dmg im a hunter and i use Lok'delar, Stave of the Ancient Keepers hehe i melee crit about 1.2-1.3k hehe, my duel weild is the hakkari swords but they have less crit stam and intel than the stave

Paladins cannot out DPS a similarly geared warrior, that's just facts. You can believe whatever you want, but no raid group around lets Paladins do DPS. Paladins are either OTs, healers or buffers. Paladins cannot DPS, paladins hit like 3 year old girls. Again if you disagree with this you are wrong, period.

Hunters are not a melee class. Therefore two-hand weapons = not hunter weapons. Hunter weapons = bows, guns, crossbows and pets. In raids hunters are pullers, hunters are not tanks. Hunters do not do melee damage. Again it isn't in how the class is built. Don't argue with me, argue with blizzard for not giving you any decent armor, weapon skills or any talents/abilities that boost melee damage.

Warriors do the most DPS with melee weapons and that's just a fact. I'm not saying warriors should always get this weapon, people are free to make their own loot rules. But any paladin trying to DPS in a raid will be laughed at and any hunter trying to claim stakes on a melee weapon will probably be similarly laughed at.

This would go nicely on my warr... I would rather have destroyer of worlds but w/e. Pallys can have it too. Pallys dont do as much damage as warriors but they can still put a 2 hander to very good use. Hunters... sorry but I kind of object to you guys getting this... There are better things for hunters.

I always get a kick out of these threads about weapons and what classes should or should not have access to them. It's so incredibly stupid to say that this sword shouldn't be bid on by hunters. Look at what hunters need from a melee weapon:

Stats (preferably AGI and STAM)
Huge burst damage (if you gotta melee hurt them quick and hurt them bad)
At 62.5 DPS @ 3.6 that's burst damage.

We all pay the same amount of money to play. If Warriors can bid on/carry around epic bows then Hunters should have every right to bid/or list rank items like this one. Those who say otherwise are elitists who can't see past their ignorance or comprehend how another class might utilize an item. If you can equip it and make use of the dps and stats you should be able to bid on it.

This sword is on my loot list with the caveat that I won't compete with our guild's warriors *if* it's an upgrade.

I have this weapon, its absolutely great. Zin'rok Destroyer of worlds is a bit better, but didnt want to wait for it. I think i will be happy with this for a long time :)

This sword has cool magic or power radiating aura around the blade that pulses in and out. A bit faster than Zin'rokh but I find this sword superior since it provides pure stats, including agility that scale well with Zandalar buff or paladin buffs.
