Compared to the healing necklace and caster necklace, this item is nearly wasted on a DPS class. The tanking necklace has better alternatives.

Sadly, Hakkar's neck is far superior. A large chunk of this item's budget goes to stam, which is not a DPS stat. Yes, any DPS unit has a claim to roll, but check out the healer/caster necks... the next best things come from Later AQ40.

Maybe less DPS for Rouges/Warriors.
But that +160 hp could save your life from Nasty boss AoE's, Gaining aggro from over-DPS'ing.

i have eye of hakkar atm and wouldnt take head for this neck just cuz its a few more ap and rep and a kick ass event. id rather have crit GG blizz
