You get these when somebody cures you of Heartbroken status during the Valentine's Week world event. Based on what I know from last year, they don't do anything besides take up a bag space in your inventory.

They change from Unbestow Friendship Bracelet to Friendship Bracelet on another's hands.Just to remind him how unlucky is with the % chances of the game :)

The only use I can find for these may be as a contest to see who had the most broken hearts! I have 27 Friendship Bracelets in total. Now who has cried more than that, eh? lol

Where do they get the insane disenchant stats for these things? do they really disenchant into fireworks? or is this private server pollution?

You recieve one of these after someone unbreaks your heart when the use an Unbestowed Friendship Bracelet on you.

So far from what ive seen you just trash them. It seems you can disenchant them but thats about it.

No sell price, cant trade, cant right click. Trash or disenchant them.

When you first talk to the guards or civilians in any city or town they give you a gift of adoration.(this can be done once every hour)
Of course this is after you talk to the Innkeeper and purchased the tokens and perfume and or calogne. (you need the calogne to talk to the ladies and the perfume to talk to the guys)
I have gotten a box of chocolates, the unbestowed friendship bracelets among other things...unfortunatly you cannot use the bracelet on yourself=/
