This is apparently like Jovis said this is a quest revard from one of the sessional quest in the Valentine theme happenings which ended about a week ago (eu-servers anyway). I'm no expert on WoW-holidays but it seems likely that if you want the you'll have to w8 till the till the 14th Febuary 2007, that's like 344 days:(

I might be wrong but but I'm afraid I'm not and I'd like to have this dress to:(

The worst thing about being a female on the Alliance side (Being Herd doesn't matter) is that there is damn little to wear that doesn't make you look like the Michelin Man. This is more like it.

Of course no one has the pattern, but at least the designers are starting to think a little more like Paris and a little less like....uh, Irvine?

I've done this quest chain three times now today. If I hadn't seen a Dranei wearing the purple one and a Night Elf wearing the red one, I wouldn't have bothered.

Now my Human warrior and Blood Elf pally have the red one (they're both redheads, so it really looks good on them), and my Dranei shammy has the blue one (and of all the races, only the Dranei really has the hips to pull this dress off).

When I have time I'll add images for them.

Do the Valentine Event Quest and complete it to receive one of the 3 lovely dresses. The Black one is attainable randomly from valentine packages from the guards.

Does anyone know if this is still possible to attain, or if there is an item that looks the same when worn?

I dont care if you have to kill like... 4000 lvl 50 elites, just, is it still attainable at all :(
