I found it in Stilvan's garden, you have to pick it, so it's not a drop, but an aquire... just run your mouse over his garden till it turns into the cog thing.

Go on the path north leadin out of darkshire and go on the path branching off to the east and it goes up a hill to this small shack with some ghouls in it and a small plot of field with that tinny-butt flower

The flower can be found to the east of Stalvan's house at Mistmantle Manor. Head north out of Darkshire until you come across a road branching to the east. Go east, you will find an area full of ghouls, and a small house. The field you are looking for is directly east of this small house.

Manor Mistmantle is North of Darkshire. Search there for the Tear of Tilloa.

This flower is in the garden of "Manor Mistmantle" to the north of Darkshire in Duskwood. It is not a drop. Some fetid corpses on the way.

If you're having issues seeing the item, tilt your camera so you're looking at the top of your characters head and it should make it easier to see

The flower doesn't stand out, sparkle, or any other "Here I am!" notices. Just a small, grayish flower in the field. (For those who play normal WoW, it looks like the face of the sun flower pet, only much smaller.)

lower your graphic settings (ground clutter) and it will stand out on the green of the ground

It is a very inconspicuous flower literally in the middle of the garden next to the house where Stavlan Mistmantle is. The area is littered with ghouls, so take care if you're the sneaky type.

The item does not "shimmer", so it can be hard to see at first, but if you look closely in the middle of the garden surrounded by pens, you will not miss it.

If you can't find it at first, wait 2-3 minutes, as someone might had picked it up already. Do note that (at least from my observation) there is only one flower in the whole garden. It despawns once picked up but will respawn soon in exactly the same place.

For any locks in SoD doing this at level 25 or below: the ghoul mobs around the item are level 29-30 and pretty much on top of it. Not impossible to kill, but if you cbf or are low then just send in your tank pet, click it while it has aggro, and get away safely.
