This cannot be used in combat as vanish is able to. It has a ten minute cooldown I think. And you are able to run at full speed while invisible (unlike stealth). Watch out for the warlock's who have their detect invisibility on.

It's sort of like the engi trinket, its good for bombing people.. thats it. It's able to be picked up with detect invis, and right when you attack/heal you are brought out of stealth.

This potion is perfect for getting quests done, you can run through all the mobs and pick up the quest item if your lazy, or fight your way in!!

You run at full speed while invisible, and can use up your casting time before becoming unstealthed!

That means mages can combust pyroblast from invis. ;)

I picked it up last night, very handy.
In the apothecarium in Undercity there's an Artisan Alch who sells this and many other recipes as well.

does it remove you from combat, IE can you use it when in combat, is it like a rogues vanish- cause that would be hawt for rag

you CANT use it in combat - first hand exp

but you can start fight while invisible :) with some slow and powerfull cast like SoulFire/Pyroblast...

the casting doesnot break invisibility - only when you finish the cast :)

if u goto a place like the arena in STV. Can you open that chest without being deteced by anyone? Or will as soon as you start to open you will become visable again?

I've used it several times and it didn't work, and I wasn't in combat. Could it be that this doesn't work if the PvP's or NPC's are much higher in level than you?

Invisible is different from stealth. YOu can run at full speed and the enemy can't detect you if you get close. =) However, "Detect Lesser Invisibility", A warlock spell, will detect this so be careful ;)

As of the patch, this potion has lost nearly all its use. it now acts much like the mage's invisibility, so once the potion is used, you'll lose total sight of your target.

dont know about u (after patch 2.0) but i sell it for great prices just make 35g from selling 23 potions, its great!

This should only be used in pvp, or for pretending to your friends that you have an invisiblity spell. If some guy is spawn camping u, rez somewhere far away and pop this, he will not see u leave, plus you can move faster than a rogues stealth, so it is still worth considering as a rogue.

You get 100%invisible for 15sec... i used this in Heroic slave pens.. just ran pase a groupe.

The only person u can be seen by is a warlock with the detect invisibility spell. Other than that, even if the other person is 45 lvls higher than you, he wont see u

Invisibility is to hard to get in this game, yet it is one of the mainstays of the fantasy genre.

I recently tried one of these in a duel with a 70 on my level 40 priest just to test it out, even at 1 yard in front of him he could not see me even with perception...

Cooldown was 10 minutes

To get Nifty Stopwatch, you need to complete:

Gyro... What? requires Gyrochronatom.
Coolant Heads Prevail requires Frost Oil.
Study of the Elements: Rock by killing Lesser Rock Elemental for Small Stone Shard.
Study of the Elements: Rock by killing Rock Elemental for Large Stone Slab.
Study of the Elements: Rock by killing Greater Rock Elemental for Bracers of Rock Binding.
This unlocks This Is Going to Be Hard which leads to This Is Going to Be Hard which awards Nifty Stopwatch.

Keep in mind, the quest items drop off of specific mobs, so don't kill the other ones when you're doing each quest.

You can complete the other optional item turn in quests for Lucien Tosselwrench, but this is not necessary to complete the chain:

Liquid Stone requires Healing Potion and Lesser Invisibility Potion.
Stone Is Better than Cloth requires Patterned Bronze Bracers.

You do not remain invisible if you try to collect a quest item. You will become visible as soon as you try (regardless of the time remaining on the potion).
