I found a Goblin in the Badlands who trains Horde characters to make Solid Iron Maul. His name is Jazzrik, he is a level 38 Blacksmithing Supplier; located in the same camp as "..." the Exiled. Im pretty sure that he is AH friendly.

I was at Jazzrik but he doesnt have this plans.
How can i make these quest?

I can confirm everything that Yoshi said.

From a practical standpoint this is the first really good mid-level two-handed weapon that blacksmiths can make. It doesn't even require any particularly rare materials. For me, at least, it's a solid seller that doesn't give me any headaches on the component side.

Note also that while this weapon is quite powerful for the level, it is also very slow. This makes it a strong candidate for an Iron Counterweight.

For Horde. I can confirm you buy the reciepe off a Vendor in Ghost Walker post in Desolace beside Kodo Graveyard.

Got one last night for 80 silver for my pally works good for now. I have a Combatant Claymore with a weapon damage enchantment in the bank waiting for me to hit lvl 28.
