No, definitely not 25% lol... maybe 5%, if you are lucky... i spent half the day yesterday killing these guys, and i know they were the correct raptors.. i got TWO (2) hearts.... man i was so pissed off, just wanted to give up, lol... and i did, for the day.

I'll continue this today, see how it goes.

Killed 12, got 12, turned it in. Was pretty easy.

Now see, I can understand head, hearts, and eyes. I figure, in the process of killing something, maybe your smash it up beyond using.What really gets me is the low drop rates on blood. Head, eyes, hearts, I understand. But how can you not get blood from something you just killed. Unless there are undead, they gotta have blood.

But yes, the drop rates on these hearts is horrible. Thankfully its the last quest in this line of quests

the odds of getting 12 hearts on 12 kills at a 26% drop rate are approx 1 in 1.5 million!
I've killed 30 raptors and got only 2 hearts!
I think the drop rate is closer to 10% so if you do this quest plan on killing on average 120 raptors! At least the xps are good.

Im consistently getting about 1 heart for every 10 I kill. sucks :( doesnt help when Im getting ganked by the alliance the whole time too .. been at this quest for several hours and have 5 hearts

32% drop rate here. 37 killed, 12 dropped. Took over an hour due to the small amount and slow spawn rate

It sure seems like taking lots of hits to kill it results in a higher drop rate

took me 40 kills to complete quest, wasn't too bad. pretty easy since they are mostly close together so u don't have to run all around finding them

was lvl 34 pala. took an hour. 40 kills

Just kill Zagryzs. I had almost 100% drop rate from them. They're in the same area.

Done in under an Hour
MAy be with the patch the drop rate has been increased.... But still.... could be better

lol what are u guys talkin bout.
i got all 12 of my hearts in 18 kills.
so it must be 25% or higher, or i'm really lucky

More 100 %, got them on each kill.

first raptor kill : one drops.next 20 raptor kills no drops.then 4 drop in a row then about 1 every 2-3 raptors.strange strange drop rate

I only get a heart every 5 or 6 raptor

Drop rate is abismal. Prepare to kill 100+ mobs for 12 hearts.
