I was able to get this item from repeating the quest, but there is no follow up for a turn in. Looks safe to delete, anyone else?

You can not do anything with this, after you turned in the first one. After completing the quest the second time, you can safely delete it.

I didn't get the reward after I turned it in and the npc does not talk to me since I turned it in.

After you get the antidote you go to turn it in around 44.18 roughly, basically to the left of Ogrimmar's entrace, there is a guy standing between a bunch of tall rocks. I almost deleted the quest before downloading the Questie add on and seeing a huge question mark there.

p.s. that's the same area you should be farming for the venom sac's, because the drop rate is extremely low on the right of Ogrimmar.

If you failed the timer of Need for a Cure, make sure to abandon the quest before you get the antidote, otherwise the antidote is deleted in your inventory by the game and you'll have to do Finding the Antidote again.
