I cant find him...he is supposed to be in this cave...but Ive waited for him and he hasnt shown up. Is he a Yeti or a Rogue like Thottbott says?

First of all you need Fresh Carcass <you can find it when you kill lion near Taren Mill>. Then you are going with this carcass to this cave and you should click on a Flame of Uzel. He should appear after few seconds :D

Is Frostmaw in Alterac or in the Cave in Hilsbrad? I had a fresh crcass in the cave with the Yetis. Whenever I tried to use it in the cave it said "needs the flame of uzel". I was standing right next to that Flame in the cave in the Hilsbrad foothills but couldn't interact with it.

So came here and looked on the map. On that map it looks like he is up in the Mountains west of the ruins of Alterac. So what am i supposed to do? Back to the Yeti cave or up into the mountains?

Just head north on the road near Tarren Mill and you'll come to some Ogre's. Look for the road to turn left and you really can't miss the cave.

First time i got it i was omw to get the flame for another quest,killed a mountain lion and got it.It worked,putting it on the flame and Frostmaw came passed few secs.The funny thing was that i didn't know there was some kind of relation between the two events: the carcass on the flame and frostmaw appearing.I deduced they were relate though after it of course. After i finished the quest, i got the carcass again killing another lion,although i HAD finished the quest.Did it again, but the same happened.I suppose you can repeat it as long as you find the carcass again and again.
