This is a warrior ring. It is a warrior ring because the str increases the chance to hit with a wepon and the amount of dmg caused by that wepon. The extra stamina is used to increase the amount of life the warrior. Can be used by any class i recomment warrior.

im a paladin and im still using this at level 28, mainly because its got good strength but theres some stamina thrown in which is always helpful

I soloed the guy at level 30 with my druid. Just Prowled near the stairs, took out the mobs in the room near the stairs, the Glutton who patrols the stairs, and the two Servitors close to the guy. Then proceeded to kill the guy. Easy as, well, something easy.

No muss, no fuss.

I managed to solo him as a lvl 33 rogue without any adds or using special abilities or potions. He didn't drop the ring, though; I hope I'll get it next time I run SFK.

Got it 2 times (im soloing the inst) but since its unique I couldnt pick it up the 2nd time (and its BoP so couldnt have sold the first anyway)...

also got 3 other "blue items" and could not use any of them (although 1 of them didnt BoP, so that went to AH) :)

For opening the gate, drop down to kill the white glutton like mob. Once he's dead, use soothe beast on the wolf in the back, and sleep the wolf closest to you. This will leave you one on one with the glutton for a bit. Just bear tank, heal as needed.

Once you reach the room with silverlain, simply stealth behind him and proceed to own him in cat. If you do not move once you are directly behind him you won't aggro anything else. Very easy to get back out as well.

been solo farming SFK up to springvalve for this and the shield, with my lvl29 warrior...

look heres a clear way to find it: first get to the jail cells then after freeing the prisoner that opens the door, go down the stairs leading from the door, after you kill everything go near the felsteed pen but don't go in you will see a slope heading up with a servitor patrolling it and a little door left of it go through the door to where razorclaw the butcher is, on the next room you will find the dining table with a bunch of servitors and a glutton look north of the big table and you will see a desk and 2 staircases on each side of it, behind the desk, you will find baron silverlaine kill him and you might get the ring. I got this ring the 2nd time i ran through SFK, i didn't even know you could get this =)

there is a level 30 ring is sfk graveyard that drops off the rare spawn ironspine or whatever, its got +8 agility and +4 str or something may be other way around, easy soloable mob, around lvl 30 elite or so, may take a pot or two, but its not impossible at lvl 30 :) (for those of you rogues soloing for the silverlane ring at lvl 30+) my 50 druid still uses it (lol yeah sad, he still uses lavishly jeweled ring from deadmines :P)

Ironspine is actually located in SM, far left zone; but is extremely rare, I've only seen him a few times since release.
To the people that complain repeatedly about <insert class> taking MY item, there are a couple options for you to choose from.
1) Don't pug! I haven't pug'd an instance in about 5 months. Get with a crew that you trust, and you'll have no problems.
2) If the instance is low enough, find one of your high level friends to run you through. For those that are new to the game, this could be hard, so option one might be your option. Yet more cases than not, the lowbee's that you see running around zones most likely have higher classes, and may help if asked nicely (this doesn't mean spam the hell out of them w/ requests).

The priest was an absolute idiot.... I don't know what he was thinking.
The warrior didn't mind the shaman rolling and for good reason, it's awesome for an enhancement speeced shammy.

you can solo that entire room as a hunter/mage/lock or any real ranged DPS class. If you come in through the kitchen place you can kite them by climbing up the box thing thats against the wall by jumping at it sideways and the attack it with ranged...It will run all the way round the box and when it gets up you can jump down and shoot it again till it runs back down - simple if you really need this ring. =]

This ring and the Seal of Sylvanas make a tremendous ring combination; that and the Commander's Crest make SFK a worthwhile instance for horde warriors and maybe paladins and shamans too.
If you want the ring but don't want to run the whole instance a bunch of times, you could get to Baron Silverlaine with a group of two or three mid-20s in less that 30 minutes. I have soloed as far as him myself with my 29 hunter; none of the mobs before him are very difficult at all, and he's an easy kill too.

Been farming for assassin blades for 50+ runs now and I have yet to see this ring drop. Was the rate nerfed or something?

I am a rogue night elf, got on my first and only run. we all greeded and i kept it until i went thru gnomer. i was in my low 20's. we got to the boss but we couldnt beat him. doesnt matter tho cuz we didnt have any quests there lol.

This ring lasted me (mage) from 22-40 along with sylvanis its a really good combe also i saw some ring that was demon ring or something like that...

i am a 22 hunter and i got this ring and its been great i have 2 blue rings at level 22 and half my stuff is blue (i didnt waste enny money i found on runs)

Warriors/shamans of early 20+ can get this ring along with the Arugal quest reward - Seal of Sylvanas. Two nice blue rings that can last for at least 15 levels.
