It sells at the shop where theres a journeyman trainer for enchanting and then there should be a female gnome there that sells u the pattern for 5 silver near the gryphon rider if i remember correctly

no, the +9 int will give a yellow glow as well.

Also available at the Enchanter vendor in Orgrimar whatever her name is. Its a counted item in her inventory which means she only has like 1 an hour to sell. If its not there when you show up, come back in an hour or two.

This is the first really useful enchantment in my opinion. +3 on a staff rocks for casters. Other enchants make wepons glow (which sells better) but this is the first one I was actually excited to use on myself.

Because this is only available to the Horde, lower level Horde characters on servers that haven't done this to death already are advised to sometimes purchase a copy of this and stick it on the Gadgetzan AH for Alliance enchanters to buy. My Horde alt made quite a bit of money this way over time, generally selling it at a 5 or 6g buyout. I'd be interested to know if it's being bought to use or to resell at much higher prices on the Alliance side :)

Tried to get this in Classic, not in Ironforge, not sure where you get it. Don't waste your time as it's not on the AH - Not sure it even exists atm in Classic.

Good luck trying to get this in SoD, farmers camp it just to resell in the AH for 5g...yay farmers...sigh
