He's in thunderaxe fortress in Desolace, Northwest section of the map

there's a small grouping of buildings out front, walk to the left of those, and you'll see the path leading up to the two main buildings. The girl is in the right building, he is in the left.

Soloed as 33 Rogue, you just gotta Sap everyone and in the room, move along the wall saping one and killing another then stealthing and killing the sapped one

I soloed him with my lvl 32 priest
mind controlled the warlock in the middle of the room, let him weaken tyranis and after the lock dies, tyranis was lost most of he's hp, so killing him wasn't that hard

Well i dont know what you guys are doing wrong... but i soloed that dude with my 32 rogue... just need some sheep/sap basic control, nuke then carful pull the controlled mob, just takes focus... not hard people come on...

soloed him on my 33rogue. All u have to do is walk around the circle and kill the guys around him. then pull the guy in the middle. Give your hp up and go fight tyranis. Very easy and i think 31-33 is the right lvl for the quest.

Nasty comments aside
Do NOT go to stormwind to find the brother, he's in the smaller building beside the one you found the sister in. (Left side if you are facing her buildings door)
It even says in the quest log to find him in Desolace...so I really don't see where people are getting this SW idea.

This isn't that hard as long as you do it tactically. Yes you will die if you rush in there and go straight for him. Just kill the mages on the outskirts first, then the mage in the center of the circle. As long as you stick to the walls and don't pull aggro you should be ok. Once room is pretty clear, kill the brother and there you go.

lol..it was easy for my drood lvl 32..to solo it..whoever is rogue or can be stealth can solo it.. :P gl
