I would think the percentage is so small with all the people killing them without the quest.

Must be 100 % if you have the quest, I got it on the first drop too ;)

Soloed a lvl 36 Infernal at 31. It wasn't easy, died the first time because of bad luck (none of my DoTs stuck). The second time (after SS) I killed it with only having to sac once and pop 1 greater healing pot and a healthstone. Would have been nice to have had some help, but what you going to do?

i cant find the lesser infernal stone :@ i already kill 16 enemies

They are concentrated mostly in the southern most region in the center of your map..scroll up and click the map link to see.

Level 31 vs Level 36
got mine on first kill

took serval minutes to kill him.
basic strategy was to keep Siphon life, Corruption and Curese of weakness on him, when i and my VW had to low hp i Banished him bandaged up and funels up the VW.

that don't mean this drops 3.4% of ever kill, it is of every INFERAL kill, not for people ONLY on the quest, I got 1st inferal drop too...

So, 100% drop chance if on the quest, what lowers it is that not everyone is on the quest.

I just enslaved it and bring it to a place and they killed him and i got the drop :D ^^

tried to kill one lvl 36 lesser infernal with my 31 lock and VW, no can do, but i know this should be doable at 33, coords are correct.

picked off a lvl 36 one with my lock. Dropped first time. Easy :-D

lvl 34 'lock, +Shadow Spell damage gear (greens), summoned void, first one takin' dropped Lesser Infernal Stone.

Be careful..immune to Immolate/Searing Pain or anything fire.

Use Shadow Bolt.

Cords above are correct.

Lesser Infernal is your best shot.

Killed lvl36 on my lvl31 lock. Had to switch VW midfight. I kept Corruption and CoW on a mob and smacked him with a wand and Shadowbolt after switching VW to a fresh one. Went down pretty easily.
