It's at the very north peek of the river in Ashenvale.

Walk into the waterfall, and fill the flask which was given to you by the quest giver.

Don't have to get to the top. Just go to the waterfall, following the river, all the way from Splintertree Post. Swim in the lake, and when you reach the fall, click onto the flask the trainer gave you.

There's TWO waterfalls, the first being at the end of the river, you have to walk around it and get up into Xavian, and swim back into the back of the place where there's a big waterfall, get right under it and you can fill er up.

I completed this quest just now, and the coords were 76.3, 41.5
There is a waterfall at 75, 40 but when I try to fill the flask, I got a message that I needed Xavian's falls to use it
