I found Mukdrak to buy this recipe and he appeared to be a trainer, not a vendor :( So obviously if you want to get it on Horde side you need to get it from Jinky in Thousand Nedles (limited supply)

I'm not sure why but i went to Jinky Twizzlefixxit and she did NOT have this item...

Someone must have been by earlier to buy it, she has a limited stock, but she restocks every 30 minutes - 1 hour. Not sure, really...
But... my Engineer can make this, so I'm happy! It's fun, not usefull, but sometimes fun! I used it on an XT4 (or whatever it is) and then I took it for a spin. ^.^
Is it just me... or do the Mechanical targets seem stronger when under your control or pissed off by this Trinket? 'cuase I used it once and it failed, only pissed off the guy... and he was doing like x2 as much damage. X_X

It states here that the item is sold by Schematic Gearcutter Cogspinner but i checked several times and he does not sell it. I do not know if the information here is incorrect or it's a bug.
