Got these gloves at lvl 36 and I am still using them at 53. I am a hunter and the attack power on these gloves is awsome. I also put a +5 agility enchant on them for 1g so there really good. Also not only are they good gloves but they look awsome even on a troll. I have seen these gloves on gnomes, drani, blood elfs, and tauren, every time it makes the character look alot better. Need roll them if they drop in SM if your a shaman or a hunter.

i agree, great starting mail gloves

but, where these gloves shine is the 39 twink arena, the attack power+good stam boost and solid armor make them perfect for a warrior or a pally.
+5 agi is also good for BG

always here these arguments like pallies vs warriors. high level mail (like the blue/superior scarlet drops i.e Raging beserker Helm, Scarlet Leggings) are better than low level plate (like the greens)anyway some of the scarlet stuff owns for warriors and paladins.

i've run the cath with my 60 war and lvl 39 twink war about 19 or 20 times... i've counted in my head.. these gloves havent droped, gd. i'm so pissed.. did they change the drop rate for these gloves after 1 of the patches or something?

Even if warriors and pallies can get plate, id stick with these id out roll a shaman/hunter below 40 everytime even if i was 40+, my lvl 35 warrior has raging berserker helm and herods shoulder, planning on using them past 40, i cant use them yet but once i get these gloves i will use them till i find equivalent plate, 100-200 armor isnt worth these stats

Greed these as a hunter. ROFL. 32 ap is as much ap as from 32agi... ofc u regret it. agi doesnt give to much crit% to hunters either. i would easily go for lots of ap and crit% on a hunter... and no other stats at all :D

AC count on hands are so insignificant that I used these on my warrior untill about mid 40s. 32 AP is just plain sick at this level for really any class that uses it. I also used Herod's shoulders until mid 40s as well, the 16 stam outwieghed any AC count differnce. You will be hard pressed to find any green plate gear at 40 that will out-weigh the SM drops. Used scarlet leggings till late 40's. 20 str, 10 stm, forget about it. The only thing I actually replaced early was the helm, at 41 with the Tyrant's Helm, and even that might be debatable. Great peices for any class that uses mail, but I honestly don't think hunters/shammies should be rolling for the stuff before they hit 40 with a warrior/paladin present in the group.

Is 32 attack power really any good for hunters in one of the above posts it said that 32 attack power is equivilant to 32 agility is this true plz answer thank you.

I ran SM cathedral 9 times and it never dropped once and then on my 10th try it finally dropped. I hugged everyone in the group. I know atleast 5 people who got these on their first try. If anyone had to try it 10 times to get it or still didnt get it plz respond. Also these gloves are not as cool looking as I thought they would be.

im a pally and i can safely say this is a hunter glove, because if ur a warrior or pally u can get lvl 40 gloves like cragfists from uldaman,get some1 to make u some truesilver gauntlets or buy plated fist of hakoo

These gloves are for wars now after BC. They are the only gloves lvl 35+ for 15 str or agl enchants you are going to find.

39 twink wars really need these gloves now.

Got these on my first run through the cathedral, saved it till i hit 40 ( im a hunter ) really nice gloves, plus with herod's shoulders and helm and u get a beast of a set :D

I love these on my warr. My only beef is that it doesn't go with the Scarlet set, so I had to unequip Scarlet Gauntlets and lose some nice bonuses.

Won these on a guild run. The +32 Attack power is nice for my Hunter, gloves look good too.

Shamans may need on it indeed!

1. It is mail, on level 40 they get mail and these are 39. rare even

2. Shamans need stamina.

3. 32 atk power is 16 strength.

4. Hunters don\t need atk power. they need RANGED Attack power, only earned from AGI.

5. Shamans Dont defense always. they deal EXTREME damage with Enhancement Spec.
Example> They can 1 hit a clothbearer with a good 2h.
These gauntlets Makes it even better, may even 1 hit a rouge if lucky.
