I got this after farming for money through the Cathedral part I think of SM with my 50 Hunter. I think I sold it for about 10g while doing a /yell in Booty Bay.

Just dropped for me in SM Library off a random mob. I rolled greed and won it... Will it sell? The Green Iron Hauberk has better armor AND has stats to boot.

i was in SM and found that off of one of the bosses. can't remember ifit was herod or not, but,it is a goo piece of armor.

I got this Off of Fairbanks with my 60 Rogue friend
I dont use it but it matches the name of my guild
So I keep it
Good armor for a lower level warrior and even a pally

this could easily last a warrior all the way to plate armor. and since you'll have it for 7 levels you can drop some gold on a good chest encahnt and not feel bad about it. i want this badly, hope one shows up on the AH

im guessing nobody noticed, but Archon is a character in Fable The Lost Chapters, and you can get his armour when you are nearing the end of the game (Best gear in the game).

so...yeah.....another pop culture reference in WoW, as if there wasnt enough already.

Dude, just because you see a name in another video game doesn't make that same name appearing in something else a "reference."

Archons were also types of units inside of Starcraft. Maybe it's a "reference" to one of Blizzard's previous works?

To make this post relatively on the subject of the game:
This armor is the best thing you'll be able to find as a paladin until you get into plate armor. My elf would slaughter legions to get his hands on it.
