When trying to apply these thick armor kits to robes of arugal, it starts applying and when the bar fills up it says failed! Major suxx0r WTF is going on here?

Can I have a Enchant and also have this Heavy Armor Kit on a item together? Would be nice.. =)

I spoke with a GM about the level requirement. The level requirement of 30 does not mean that your character has to be 30. It means that the level of the ITEM you are applying it to must be 30 or higher. (If it's a quest item, it will not say what level the item is. Whatever attain level the quest is is what you can assume the reward's level to be.)

I'm a level 183 leatherworker, and I haven't found this yet as an option to train. When does this/how does this get to be something you can make?
