Is Red Raptor Rank Required or is it for all ? you can switch it by the Raptor handler... but im too afraid to try

I was told it was the very first mount in the game for Trolls. Long out of use. I've seen one guy on my server with one and only one. So im not sure where to get it and what not but i know they did exist hehe.

This raptor was the epic model a long time ago. Now it was removed for the new models. The quest is for people that still have their's to trade in for the newer ones. In other words you can't get it anymore. Same with other races' mounts.

This mount cannot be purchased anymore, They were replaced by the "New" Armored mounts. But for those of you who have never seen one here's a pict.

Where do you get this mount? And also how high is the drop rate of this?

This Mount used to be buyable before the 1.4 patch in Classic WoW.

It is one of the 14 unarmored Mounts that have been made unavailable with that patch.

Here's a list of all the unarmored Mounts:
Alliance:
Human:

Dwarf:

Night Elf:

Gnome:

Horde:
Interestingly enough, the Undead are the only race that didn't have any unarmored versions. This is because they've already had the armored versions in that patch.

Tauren:
