Level 44 Priest Soloed it easily, just pull 1 at a time. don't pull anything that is Red to you.

ok so im level 45 and this quest is yellow for me. level 47 quest and half the guys are 49 and 50, a few 51s. It isnt that hard, but i swear me and my friend have killed about 40 of these things for about 3 drops. this quest is definitely not worth it.

Wasps have much better drop rates.

The drop rate for these is WAY off, I killed over 50 to get 5. Mostly the stingers which are supposed to have the next to the best drop rate.

trust me, if u wanna save a lot of time, just kill wasps, it will only take about 15 to get all 5 pieces

Could the drop rates be messed up by people killing these guys but aren't doing the quest, bacause those people would have a 0.00% drop rate

Horrible drop rate, expect to be killing around 50 of these if not more.

My level 47 druid hates them, they all have nasty abilities, and I had to shift out to heal/remove the poison after nearly every damned bug.

ummm i killed 7 and got all 5 of my pieces. Just killed wasps and stingers. The level 47-48 ones. Only way to do it. Was really quick too

Recently done this quest on 2 different characters and I am convinced there's something weird with the drop rate. In parts of the hive it's near 0%, and impossible to see even 1 drop. But if you go to the north edge, you will get 5 drops very quickly.
