Nice one hander, with seal of the crusader, it's speed is 1.17, and hits for between 55-75. Does good damage real fast. I had a two hander for a while, now I use this and shield, for the sheer speed, and It's worth sacrifcing a few DPS for faster speed and more armor

An excellent Pimp/Pirate sword. It's rather fast and tends to proc on a rate variable from person to person, in light of the proc'ing rule of thumb.

Only one second longer speed? So you mean the speed is 2.70 - would be nice for a rogue, but definately not for a warrior. Now what do you mean by "it does 30 more damage than this one"? 30 more dps? Never ever, not if it is a lvl29 sword. A link to undermine your statement would be nice. As for now I think you are talking BS.

As for the person who stated that pallies dont use weapons for dps, a question: how do you think pallies kill mobs? Buff them to death? DPS counts for a pally as much as for any other melee class. What you are saying might be true for MC and such, I doubt that anyone would want to wield this weapon there though. And @Lucio: There aint such a thing as axe or mace specs for pallies either - a sword is a fine pally weapon, especially for a human (better than an axe with identical stats for sure).

Considering the speed of the thing, I'd give this to a warrior or a defensive skilled pally. As stated by other people, its to fast for a rogues mainhand, tho I wouldnt argue if a rogue was rolling for it if he didnt have anything better.

currently using as a dw-fury build warrior.
this thing procs constantly, multiple times in every fight, and it has a cool effect.
really nice when it procs off a cleave and hits both targets, which isnt all that rare.
proc can crit for 30 dmg or so.
looks like a fencing sword.
you will have a hard time finding a better tanking or fury weapon for a long while, so its worth grabbing.

This is NOT a caster sword it has NO caster stats learn how this game works, i would say a warrior or a sword rogue should roll for this.

My chars on Malfurion(Alt server to play with friends-main server is deathwing) ranging from lvl's 14-39...combined have about 3.9k gold. I don't ebay gold or anything, all you have to do is know how to trade. So, yes my lvl 29 hunter is a twink, and he does have 4k gold at his disposal.

All the locks and mages rolling on this are retarded, get a sword with stats you noobs cause you will NEVER be dealing melee damage. And if you do deal melee damage...reroll your class

I have this on my rogue alt BG toy on Daggerspine (catch me on the 20-29 bracket - alliance side). I don't see why some people are saying this definately isn't for rogues simply because as someone did mention up above, not all rogues like the slow main, fast off, SS spam. My rogue is 9 combat, 11 subtlety, so it typically starts off with Cheap Shot, into Slice n' Dice, with my big hit being Ghostly instead of Backstab (due to sword main hand). Add poisons to a fast striking weapon using that method, and a weapon that has a proc that hits as often as this sword, then you have a good formula to deal with your opponent. This is an exceptional weapon for a rogue who uses that method, so rogues shouldn't be writen out of the picture. Though I'm not saying its a rogue exclusive, just bringing up the point that rogues shouldn't be written out.

I went to Gnomer the other day and this sword dropped, i needed and the dumbass druid also needed cos he wanted it for his other char "it BoP u moron we all said". he won it and he went straight on my ignore list. me and my bro hopefully gonna solo Gnomergan to get this

I prefer duel weilding against most classes in pvp. Electrocutioner leg has an incredibly fast speed. I will put a fiery enchant on it. With the weapon's Chance on Hit and fiery it could add 50-60 damage instead if both procced. I also have corpsemaker to fight rogues. Hehe they will regret popping evasion if they are a noob. So in conclusion this weapon is great for a warrior, as a tank or twink duel wielding or even a twink with a really good shield.

P.S. What bow should i get for the twink? Ranger bow is the only one that gives stats from lvl 20-29. Would it be a waste of money to get it just because it gives 1 agility? I am a warrior twink not a rogue.

All Blizzard has to do is stick an "Off-Hand" or "One-Hand" tag on this weapon and it'd be fantastic for a rogue - easily deserving the blue name. Until then however, this weapon is just trash :(

What do you people think about this weapon on a Prot warrior. I use Headsplitter right now, which is real nice, but I'm looking for an upgrade. This weapon's very fast and might be better for tanking. Imput please and thank you.

I had this a long time ago, but still its very good, I had it as Fury Warrior and made on lvl 32 with this weapon a 2k crit and a few days later a 1.9k crit.

I got this on my first Gnomer run. Great weapon for a combat rogue, with a high Speed of 1.70. Trash for Assassination Rogues though, Main Hand only weapon.

I went through Gnomer 5... yes 5 times... and the first 4 of those times the electrocutioner dropped his useless oil rag.

It did finally drop, and I did get it and love it.

Just got this baby last night. its very nice. doesnt do as much damage as my Verigan's Fist (Verigan's Fist but attacks much faster.

the dps is definately nice, but for a rogue at least this weapon is fairly useless. the 1.70 attack speed says it all. Basically if ur gonna have a sword in your main hand ur on a sinister strike diet, SS basically gives you an untimed strike every now and then, which presumably you dont want equalling 26-49 + skill bonus. That being said its a great weapon, just not a great rare weapon.
