As the Alliance fleet withdraws from Daza'alor, Lady Jaina Proudmoore stays behind with a handful of Kul Tiran vessels to slow the Horde's pursuit. Storm clouds gather overhead as Jaina leads her pursuers deeper into the Great Sea, where she will attempt to turn the odds in her favor.

Testing is open for both factions. However, for some bosses, raid members will temporarily re-live events as the opposite faction using a story flashback.

Overview: Working to cover the main portion of the Alliance fleet as they fell back, a cadre of Stormsong tidepriests have established a blockade and summoned a overwhelming elemental to wash away Dazar'alor's port area. Re-establish a foothold on the docks, overrun the alliance ships and return the summoned monstrosity back to the deep before they destroy a large portion of the city.

Tanks:
Interrupt Brother Joseph's and Sister Katherine's Empowerments when you can.
Use [Kelp-Wrapped Fists] to slow Energizing Storms.
Healers:
If affected by [Tempting Song], try to position yourself as far away from the Siren as possible.
Keep moving to avoid being hit by [Voltaic Flash].
Damage Dealers:
If affected by [Tempting Song], try to position yourself as far away from the Siren as possible.
Keep moving to avoid being hit by [Voltaic Flash].
Use [Storm's Wail] to remove [Freezing Tidepools].

Empowering the storm:
Throughout the course of the fight, Laminaria receives energy from various sources. When Laminaria reaches 100 Energy, [Catastrophic Tides] is cast.

Catastrophic Tides: Brings the fury of the sea down on all the caster's enemies, instantly killing them.

Stage One: Storm the Ships

Sister Katherine

Voltaic Flash: Calls upon lightning to whip across the deck of the ship, inflicting 70 Nature damage to all players caught in its paths.
Crackling Lightning: Calls down a bolt of lightning at a target's location, inflicting 25 Nature damage to all players within 6 yards of the impact point. After Crackling Lightning is cast, Thunderous Boom is cast at the same location.

Thunderous Boom: Sends a cacophonous sound wave in all directions, inflicting 80 Nature damage and silencing all players within 18 yards of the impact point. Being further from epicenter reduces the length of the silence.

Electric Shroud: Wraps the caster in a watery shield, absorbing 200 damage and making the wearer immune to interrupts.(
After casting [Electric Shroud], each tidepriest will cast [Tidal Empowerment].)ed, move away from the group, and move away from other players who are targeted!

Tidal Empowerment: Empowers Laminaria, increasing its Energy by 1 every 3 sec.

Jolting Volley: Fires bolts of crackling lightning at all nearby players, inflicting 15 Nature damage.
Mark of the Storm: Being close to Sister Katherine attunes you to her magic, increasing the damage taken from her spells by 20% for 30 sec. This effect stacks. (Mythic)
Soul of the Tidepriest: When either Brother Joseph or Sister Katherine die, their souls appear and begin channeling [Greater Tidal Empowerment] on Laminaria. When both Tidepriests are dead, their souls depart.

Greater Tidal Empowerment: Empowers Laminaria, increasing its Energy by 5 every 2 sec.

Brother Joseph

Sea Storm: Summons a series of freezing storms at players' locations, inflicting 25 Frost damage to all players within 5 yards of the impact point. A Sea Storm is left at the location, continuously inflicting 15 Frost damage every 1 sec to all nearby players and reducing their movement speed by 50%.
Sea's Temptation: Summons a Tempting Siren to assist the tidepriest.

Tempting Siren

Tempting Song: Tempts a nearby player, causing them to walk towards the caster. If the target reaches their destination, they jump off the ship. Tempting Song also inflicts 8 Nature damage every 1 sec.

Electric Shroud: Wraps the caster in a watery shield, absorbing 200 damage and making the wearer immune to interrupts.(
After casting [Electric Shroud], each tidepriest will cast [Storm's Empowerment].)wered by the focusing iris, each sister uses their primary attack against only you.

Storm's Empowerment: Empowers Laminaria, increasing its Energy by 2 every 3 sec.

Tidal Volley: Fires bolts of frozen water at all nearby players, inflicting 15 Frost damage.
Mark of the Seas: Being close to Brother Joseph attunes you to his magic, increasing the damage taken from his spells by 20% for 30 sec. This effect stacks. (Mythic)

Sea Swell: The sea rises up, inflicting 35 Frost damage to each player and their allies within 4 yards. Additionally, a Freezing Tidepool is created at each location. (Mythic)

Translocation Pedestal: Teleports the user to the other ship. If both Brother Joseph and Sister Katherine are dead, the user is teleported back to the docks instead.

On Mythic Difficulty, the Translocation Pedestal is available throughout Stage One.

Stage Two: Laminaria

Souls of the Deep: The souls of Brother Joseph and Sister Kathering aid Laminaria in his assault on Dazar'alor, alternating between casting [Sea's Temptation] and [Voltaic Flash]. (Mythic)
Kelp-Wrapped Fists: Melee attacks apply Kelp-Wrapped, inflicting 4 Nature damage every 1 sec and reducing movement speed by 2%. This effect stacks. Upon expiration, causes Kelp Wrapping to everyone nearby.

Kelp Wrapping: Wraps all nearby creatures in debilitating kelp, increasing damage taken by 10%. This effect stacks on non-players. The intensity of the damage taken is increased based on the number of stacks of Kelp-Wrapped the player had when it expired.

Sea Swell: The sea rises up, inflicting 35 Frost damage to each player and their allies within 4 yards. Additionally, a Freezing Tidepool is created at each location.

Freezing Tidepool: Creates a pool of freezing waters, inflicting 30 Frost damage every 1 sec to all players standing in it. (Normal, Heroic, Raid Finder)

On Mythic Difficulty, Freezing Tidepools clear a stack of [Kelp Wrapping] every second on any Energized Storm within its boundaries.

Ire of the Deep: A watery hand appears and slams down on the ground, inflicting 150 Frost damage, split evenly between all players hit by the attack. If no players are present, all players take 80 Frost damage, and multiple Freezing Tidepools are created.(

On Mythic Difficulty, [Ire of the Deep] also knocks back all players away, with the knock back force divided among all players struck.

Reaching Attack: Strikes at a distant target, inflicting 50% of weapon damage as Frost and increasing Frost damage taken by 25% for 8 sec. This ability is used when no targets are in melee range.

Lady Jaina Proudmoore

Normal

Overview: The pursuit of Jaina across the seas takes place over three stages.
During stage one, Jaina assaults the Zandalari warship with Kul Tiran Corsairs that [Bombard] the play space. As the fight progresses, marines [Set Charges] that inflict heavy damage to the raid unless these bombs are thrown overboard before detonated.
During stage two, Jaina unleashes the full force of her power, freezing the raid over time. Dwindeling heat sources must be used to slow the stacks of [Chilling Touch] in order to avoid becoming [Frozen Solid].
During stage three, Jaina utilizes [Prismatic Images] that duplicate her most dangerous frost spells. Frozen allies must be freed before they are hit by [Shattering Lance].

On Mythic difficulty, a gathering blizzard causes the temperature to drop so players must remain close together in order to avoid being frozen solid.

Damage Dealers:
Fire cannons at Kul Tiran Corsairs to repel their attack.
Hurl munition barrels placed by [Set Charge] overboard before they explode.
Free allies who are [Frozen Solid]!
Clear stacks of [Chilling Touch] by running into patches of [Searing Pitch] or standing nearby a [Burning Explosion] before it detonates.
Tanks:
Clear stacks of [Chilling Touch] by running into patches of [Searing Pitch] or standing nearby a [Burning Explosion] before it detonates.
Run over patches of [Searing Pitch] during [Comet Storm] to clear them.
Move away from Jaina when targeted by [Avalanche] to better avoid the shards of ice.
Healers:
[Ring of Frost] inflicts heavy damage to the raid.
Dispel allies effected by [Grasp of Frost] or [Hand of Frost].
Players targeted by [Siegebreaker Blast] will take high damage upon impact.

Chilling Touch: Jaina's magic chills targets, reducing their movement speed by 3% and inflicting 1 Frost damage every 1 sec. This effect stacks.

Frozen Solid: If a player reaches 20 applications of Chilling Touch and drops below 80% health, they are frozen solid in an ice block and stunned for 30 sec unless they are freed. Players frozen suffer 5 Frost damage every 1 sec.

Gathering Blizzard: The chilling blizzard causes the ambient temperature to drop and also reduce vision. Players must remain within 10 yds of 1 other players or they gain Freezing Blood.
At 50 power, players must remain within distance of 3 other players.
At 75 power, players must remain within distance of 5 other players
At full power, vision is severely limited. (Mythic)

Freezing Blood: After 6 sec, if the target is not within 10 yds of enough other players, the target is frozen solid.

Stage One: Burning Seas

Kul Tiran Corsair: Kul Tiran Corsairs periodically arrive to provide cover fire and assistance.

Kul Tiran Marine

Marked Target: Fixates on an random player.
Set Charge: Places a munitions barrel that will explode after 40 sec, inflicting 56 Fire damage to all players unless it is tossed overboard before it detonates.
Barrels that detonate leave behind pools of Searing Pitch.

Bombard: The Kul Tiran Corsairs bombard the deck of the Zandalari vessel, inflicting 54 Fire damage to all nearby players and knocking them back.
Additionally, this ability leaves behind pools of Searing Pitch. (Heroic, Mythic)

Ice Shard: Fires an ice shard at the target that inflicts 100% attack damage as Physical. (Normal, Raid Finder)
Avalanche: Jaina continually hurls ice at her current target's location every 1 sec for 5 sec inflicting 45 Frost damage to players within 7 yards of impact.
Time Warp: Warps the flow of time, increasing haste by 30% for 40 sec.
Those affected will be unable to benefit from Bloodlust, Heroism, or Time Warp again for 10 min. (Heroic, Mythic)
Grasp of Frost: Roots random players for 3 sec, inflicting 15 Frost damage.
Freezing Blast: A cresting wave of ice surges over players in a line in front of the caster, dealing 43 Frost damage on impact and knocking enemies back.
Ring of Ice: Unleashes a ring of ice that inflicts 75 Frost damage to players within 30 yards and freezes them for 30 sec.
Also, inflicts 12 Frost damage every 1 sec and roots players greater than 30 yards from the boss for 8 sec. (Heroic, Normal, Mythic)
Ring of Ice: Unleashes a ring of ice that inflicts 75 Frost damage to players within 30 yards and freezes them for 30 sec.
Also, inflicts 35 Frost damage to players greater than 30 yards from the boss. (Raid Finder)
Frozen Siege: The boss randomly chooses a ballista and freezes it in a block of ice. The siege weapon cannot be operated until it is released from this icy prison. (Mythic)

Additionally, she continually radiates glacial shards outward. (Raid Finder, Normal)

Glacial Shards: Coming into contact with a Glacial Shard inflicts 14 Frost damage and freezes the target in a block of ice. (Raid Finder, Normal)

Howling Winds: Jaina blinks away to a random location and conjures a powerful storm, restricting the vision of targets further away.
Additionally, she continually radiates glacial shards outward. (Heroic)

Arctic Armor: Images provide a shield that surrounds the boss, making her immune to damage and interrupts until no images are left. (Mythic)

Blistering Tornado: Inflicts 75 Frost damage and knocks enemies away that come into contact with it.

Stage Two: Frozen Wrath

Frozen Seas: Fighting upon the frozen seas periodically grants applications of Chilling Touch.

Arctic Ground: Jaina's frost spells freeze the ground, making it even more treacherous to stand on. Standing on the Arctic Ground applies Chilling Touch at an increased rate.
Unexploded Ordinance: A few undetonated munitions barrels remain frozen in the ice. Upon being destroyed, they ignite their contents and cause a Burning Explosion.

Refractive Ice: The object is encased in Refractive Ice, reducing damage taken by 99%. Being struck with Broadside will shatter this. (Normal, Mythic, Heroic)
Burning Explosion: The contents of the munitions barrel ignite in a blazing fire, removing Chilling Touch from players within 20 yds. After 10 sec, it explodes and inflicts 80 Fire damage to players within 20 yds, knocking them back.

Warmth: Proximity to a burning barrel provides Warmth, granting immunity to Chilling Touch for 8 sec.

Proudmoore Flagship: The flagship circles overhead, ready to rain devastation upon Jaina's enemies.

Broadside: Cannons aboard the Proudmoore flagship fire at players, inflicting 30 Arcane damage within 10 yds.
Siegebreaker Blast: Jaina marks a player and, after locking on, the Proudmoore flagship fires a mighty arcane salvo. This inflicts 60 Arcane damage to all players and knocks them back. The damage is reduced the further players are from the impact point.

Lady Jaina Proudmoore

Ice Shard: Fires an ice shard at the target that inflicts 100% attack damage as Physical and increases the damage of consecutive ice shards by 5% for 10 sec. This effect stacks.
Crystalline Dust: Chilling dust blasts the air in a frontal cone, inflicting 75 Frost damage to all players struck.
Avalanche: Jaina continually hurls ice at her current target's location every 1 sec for 5 sec inflicting 45 Frost damage to players within 7 yards of impact.

Hand of Frost: Roots a player for 8 sec, inflicting 25 Frost. Additional claws of frost fire outward from the frozen target, applying Hand of Frost to players struck.

Glacial Ray: Channels a ray of intense cold, inflicting 15 Frost damage every 0.5 sec in a line.
Icefall: Jaina calls down a massive frozen comet from the skies, inflicting 200 Frost damage to players struck. Additionally, smaller comets strike outward, inflicting 35 Frost damage. (Normal, Mythic, Heroic)

Intermission: Flash Freeze

Flash Freeze: Begins freezing everything, placing a stack of Chilling Touch every 15 sec on all players as a zone of cold slowly expands from her position. Players that come into contact with this zone are instantly frozen.
At the end of her channel, Jaina shatters all frozen players, inflicting 125 Frost damage.
Arcane Barrage: Jaina calls on the full might of her flagship to constantly bombard the area, inflicting 54 Arcane damage to all nearby players and knocking them back.
Jaina's Tide Elemental: Upon reaching 100 power, the Jaina's Tide Elemental casts Frost Nova.

Heart of Frost: Places a shard of ice in a player, causing them to burst with icy energy inflicting 12 Frost damage to all nearby allies.
Frost Nova: Blasts all players within 12 yards, inflicting 10 Frost damage and freezing them in place for 8 sec.
Water Bolt Volley: Hurls a watery bolt at all players, inflicting 35 Frost damage. (Mythic, Heroic)
Splitting Frost: Upon death, Jaina's Elemental splits into smaller pieces of itself. (Mythic)

Stage Three: Daughter of the Sea

Frozen Seas: Fighting upon the frozen seas periodically grants applications of Chilling Touch.

Arctic Ground: Jaina's frost spells freeze the ground, making it even more treacherous to stand on. Standing on the Arctic Ground applies Chilling Touch at an increased rate.

Proudmoore Flagship: The flagship circles overhead, ready to rain devastation upon Jaina's enemies.

Broadside: Cannons aboard the Proudmoore flagship fire at players, inflicting 30 Arcane damage within 10 yds.
Siegebreaker Blast: Jaina marks a player and, after locking on, the Proudmoore flagship fires a mighty arcane salvo. This inflicts 60 Arcane damage to all players and knocks them back. The damage is reduced the further players are from the impact point.

Lady Jaina Proudmoore

Glacial Ray: Channels a ray of intense cold, inflicting 15 Frost damage every 0.5 sec in a line.
Icefall: Jaina calls down a massive frozen comet from the skies, inflicting 200 Frost damage to players struck. Additionally, smaller comets strike outward, inflicting 35 Frost damage. (Heroic, Normal, Mythic)
Shattering Lance: If a player becomes frozen solid, a Shattering Lance forms near Jaina. After a few seconds, the ice lance fires out in a line towards the frozen target, inflicting 20 Frost damage to all players struck.
Shattering Lance inflicts triple damage to frozen targets. (Normal, Mythic, Heroic)
Prismatic Image: An image of Jaina fragments off into the arena. This image copies some of her spells as long as it is alive.
