Most Classic Thorium Brotherhood Reputation Rewards Including Nightfall Not Coming in Phase 1

As more data comes in, we've been able to confirm that most Classic Thorium Brotherhood rewards, which were added in Patch 1.6 in vanilla, are not available in Phase 1 of Classic WoW. This includes notable items like
Nightfall
and
Corehound Belt
.
While not all items follow a strict patch > content phase conversion, all of the
Argent Dawn and Timbermaw Rewards
from Patch 1.6 are not available in Classic WoW currently. So we took a look at our Thorium Brotherhood data from
Wowhead Client uploads
to discover that we have reports on all of
Lokhtos Darkbargainer
's Friendly items--except for the two added in later patches, which are
Recipe: Transmute Elemental Fire
(1.9) and
Formula: Enchant Weapon - Strength
(1.6).
Since all the other reputation rewards from 1.6 aren't in game, and the Friendly Thorium Brotherhood items from 1.6 are also not in game, we can assume that the remaining Thorium Brotherhood items from 1.6 are not available at Classic launch. We have updated our phase info in the Classic database, as well as our
Thorium Brotherhood Reputation Guide
with this information.

Note that there are some inconsistencies with some items and their availability. The
Pattern: Felcloth Bag
, added in Patch 1.9, is available at Classic launch. And while it may make sense for some powerful raid items like
Nightfall
not to available during Molten Core progression, as it wasn't available in early vanilla, other useful items have been moved up to Classic launch.
Rune of the Guard Captain
, added in 1.5, has been moved up to Classic launch and is considered a solid pre-raid Best in Slot option for most melee due to the 1% hit. Molten Core at vanilla launch didn't have most items available, and all raid drops through 1.5 were added in at launch too. Blizzard also confirmed that the Thorium Brotherhood quests like
Curse These Fat Fingers
added in 1.5, which grant Thorium Brotherhood reputation, are available at Classic launch.
Hi judgement_classicwow, and thanks for the question. As /u/pazorax mentioned earlier, we want there to be some exploration and discovery to this, so I can't dig super deep into exact specifics around when individual quests, items, or rep items will be available. Painting in broad strokes however, Thorium Point and Jintha'alor quests should be available during phase 1. Most quests in Cenarion Hold will be available during phase 5 along with the AQ Gate opening content. The general methodology was to make quests, recipes, items, and the like available when it makes sense to do so and feels relevant to the rest of the available content.
Right now it seems to be a mixed bag as to what items follow the rule that items from every two patches get introduced in a specific content phase, and which items got moved up to launch because it "makes sense and feels relevant."
We'd like to especially thank everyone who submits
