New Wisp NPCs in Bel'ameth in Patch 10.2.5

With the latest Patch 10.2.5 Seeds of Renewal PTR build, more NPCs have been added to Bel'ameth, the new Night Elf capital - Including wisps of NPCs who contributed for the growth of the new World Tree!
These NPCs can be found in the capital Bel'ameth as well as other spots around Amirdrassil. We've compiled known locations and where they were in life.
Due to the nature of the instability of this week's PTR build, this post may be incomplete.
Bel'ameth Wisps
All the wisps below can be found around Bel'ameth.
Two wisps by Keen-Edge Hall, the Sentinel house in Bel'ameth -
Captain Alennah Starsong
and
Vannara
;
Alennah Starsong was a Sentinel Captain who was killed by the Horde operative Lorash Sunbeam during the War of the Thorns.
Vannara was a Sentinel who served alongside Delaryn Summermoon and died during the defense of Falfarren River in eastern Ashenvale.
One wisp sitting alongside a Shen'dralar Sorecer and the Tailoring trainer Ainderu Summerleaf -
Me'lynn

Me'lynn was the Artisan Tailoring trainer located in Darnassus and did not escape the Burning of Teldrassil.
Three wisps by the Silver Feather, the Bel'ameth inn -
Maluressian
floating around the outside,
Fyldan
on the first floor by the Cooking trainer Alegorn and the innkeeper Saelienne and
Maliynn
by the second floor;
Maluressian was the Stable Master in Astranaar, and died on his sleep during the Horde invasion in the War of the Thorns.
Fyldan was the Cooking supplies vendor in Darnassus and did not escape the Burning of Teldrassil.
Maliynn was a Food and Drink vendor in Astrannar and died during the Horde invasion.
One wisp overlooking the central pool in Bel'ameth -
Idriana

Idriana was one of the Darnassus bankers and it was unclear whether she survived the burning or not - Now confirmed she did not.
One wisp by the eastern entrance of Bel'ameth -
Ilthalaine

Ilthalaine was the very first quest giver Night Elf players would meet in Shadowglen and did not escape the Burning of Teldrassil. Ilthalaine was previously rescued from the Maw by Night Fae Covenant players and resided at the Heart of the Forest, but decided to move to Bel'ameth once the tree bloomed in Azeroth.
One wisp hanging out with the Herbalist trainer, Professor Ash -
Denalan

Denalan was a questgiver located in Lake Al'Ameth, and his quests included dealing with soil samples to deal with the Timberling problem. He did not escape the Burning of Teldrassil. Denalan was previously rescued from the Maw by Night Fae Covenant players and resided at the Heart of the Forest, but decided to move to Bel'ameth once the tree bloomed in Azeroth.

Sister Aquinne

Aquinne is Astaia's sister and was a Priestess of the Moon in Darnassus, and she refused to leave Darnassus while ensuring she could save as many people as she could from the Burning of Teldrassil.
One wisp roaming the barrack used by the Skinning and Leatherworking trainers -
Aayndia Floralwind
;
Aayndia Floralwind was the Artisan Leatherworking trainer in Astranaar, and was killed during the Horde invasion.
Two wisps roaming the Hall of Crafters -
Nantar
and
Shandrina

Nantar was a Food and Drink vendor in Astranaar and got killed during the Horde invasion.
Shandrina was the Trade Goods vendor in Silverwind Refuge, Ashenvale and got killed during the Horde invasion.
Four wisps by the fountain in the Terrace of the Moon -
Astarii Starseeker

Jandria
,
Lariia
and
Priestess Alathea

All four wisps were Priest trainers in the Temple of the Moon and died during the Burning, as they refused to leave the temple so that they could pray for Elune to ease the suffering of everyone else. Astarii and Jandria were previously rescued from the Maw by Night Fae Covenant players and resided at the Heart of the Forest, but decided to move to Bel'ameth once the tree bloomed in Azeroth.
Two wisps by a clearing just south of the Terrace of the Moon -
Ferryn
and
Shenda
;
Ferryn was a Druid and in a relationship with Delaryn Summermoon, and heroically died while scouting Horde forces in the Barrens during the War of the Thorns - He was found out as he was about to attack Saurfang, with the orc decapitating him mid attack. Ferryn was previously rescued from the Maw by Night Fae Covenant players and resided at the Heart of the Forest, but decided to move to Bel'ameth once the tree bloomed in Azeroth.
Shenda was one of the druids accompanying Ferryn with the task of ambushing Horde forces in Ashenvale, and ended up killed by the Horde operative Lorash Sunbeam.

Anaris Windwood

Anaris Windwood was a Sentinel commander, a "war hero many times over" with a harsh attitude. She was killed during the War of the Thorns during an ambush led by Lorath Sunbeam. Anaris was previously rescued from the Maw by Night Fae Covenant players and resided at the Heart of the Forest, but decided to move to Amirdrassil once the tree bloomed in Azeroth.
Daelyshia was the flight master of Astranaar, and got killed by the Horde with poison during the Ashenvale invasion.
Fahran Silentblade was the poison vendor for Rogues in Astranaar, and got killed by the Horde during the Ashenvale invasion.
Marua was a Sentinel who served in Ashenvale under Anaris Windwood, and was killed in the same ambush attack that killed Anaris.
One wisp hanging around Belanaar Harbor:
Dendrythis

Dendrythis was a food and vendor at the Cenarion Enclave in Darnassus, and it was unclear whether she survived the burning or not - Now confirmed she did not.
