Several days ago, Shadowlands Alpha Build 9.0.1.34615 hit, with the zone of Ardenweald opening, Torghast timers removed, and the ability to choose both secondary stats on crafted armor. As the datamining has wound down, we're recapping all of Wowhead's earlier Alpha discoveries in one post so you can find things easily.

Professions
Shadowlands Professions Optional Reagent Updates - Select All Secondaries, Bonuses Available in Every Slot
: The optional reagent system received another revamp, allowing players to select both secondary stats. This build also removed the slot-specific bonus restrictions, allowing reagents to be socketed into any slot.
Story + Zones
Ysera's Story in Shadowlands
: With the zone of Ardenweald now open, we learned more about Ysera after Legion. We may also have received some hints as to when souls started being funneled to the Maw.

Customization
Blue Eye Customization Options for Blood Elves and Void Elves
: Blood Elves and Void Elves each receive three blue-eye customization options, which differ slightly in tint between races.
Dressing Room Updates - Dwarves and Blood Elves
: All of the customization options for Dwarves are now available in the Dressing Room, as well as the remaining Blood Elf options including ear size and skin tone.
Druid Form Customization on the Character Creation Screen
: Players will be able to select their Bear and Cat form tints, both racial tints and acquired artifact weapon tints, from the character creation screen.
Worgen Eye Customization
: Worgen received eye customization options in the latest build.
Improved Character Creation Preview
: The armor your default character wears on the creation screen is much more elaborate now.

Torghast + Anima
Updates to Torghast's Torment of the Tower Mechanic - Floor Soft-Timers Removed
: The Torghast's Torments of the Tower mechanic has been updated, removing the soft-timer from each floor. However, Torments of the Tower now appear to be permanent for the rest of your run.
Torghast Patch Notes
: Blizzard has posted update notes for Torghast, Tower of the Damned on the Shadowlands Alpha including the removal of timers from Torments and the addition of the "Cosmetic-only" mode of Torghast.
All Classes Eligible for Torghast Testing
: This build opened up Rogue and Paladin Torghast testing, so all 12 classes can now test the new content.
New Torghast Anima Powers
: This build added many new Anima Powers for Death Knights and Rogues in Torghast, as well as covenant-specific anima powers for Shaman, Warlock, Warrior, and Demon Hunter.
