Some class and spell hotfixes have been pushed to the Shadowlands Beta on September 3rd, which includes a nerf to the Storming Affix and changes to Priest's Spirit Shell and Monk's Faeline Stomp.
Summary:
The damage dealt by
Tempesta
's Tornadoes has been changed to deal
15% maximum health
instead of a flat amount of damage that scales with key level. This will make it much less punishing when getting hit by a tornado, but the knockback is still present, making it a continued annoyance as melee.

Involucro Spirituale
was removed off the GCD in yesterday's build, and the duration has been hotfixed today to compensate.
Monk's Night Fae Covenant Ability
Urto di Silfaglia
was changed to start dealing damage on top of the character, instead of in front of the character, a nice quality-of-life change.
Tempesta
The storm inflicts 2015 Nature damage and knocks back players.
