Wrath of the Jailer Weekly Event in Maw - Drops Item Level 183 Gear in Shadowlands

If you've been exploring the Maw, you may have seen a Wrath of the Jailer event pop up on the map. Completing it for the first time each week will earn you Ve'nari Reputation, Stygia and a chance at Item Level 183 gear! For Druids, this event will also drop one of your Legendary Recipes for the Runecarver.

Wrath of the Jailer
The Wrath of the Jailer event will periodically start in the Maw and be marked by a large star. This event will likely take at least a few players as the boss has a lot of health -- however with so many players in the Maw right now, you can probably call players to the event with a message in General chat.
Heading to the Wrath of the Jailer event will pop up an objective on the right of the screen.
Part 1 will consist of killing mobs in the area to progress the bar.
Part 2 will consist of killing one of the Jailer's lieutenants.
Once you defeat the boss, you will gain 250 Ve'nari reputation, ~100 Stygia and a
chance at item level 183 loot
! As with most things in the Maw, this will also give you some Eye of the Jailer progress. These rewards appear to be weekly, as multiple people have completed this event the following day with no rewards.
Item level 183 loot is only 1 item level below Mythic dungeon loot and the event isn't hard to complete at this time with so many players in the area. Good luck!
Legendary Recipe from Wrath of the Jailer
There's exactly one Legendary Recipe that drops from this event, the Druid's
Ricordo della Pulsazione Arcanica Primordiale
. As with other Legendary patterns, this drops regardless of your loot specialization and considering this is a Weekly lockout, the recipe seems to have a high chance (if not 100% drop rate) of dropping.
