I should really write up all the hair color/style conversion combos for night elves with the Orb, I'm sure others would find it useful and it would save countless hours of trial and error.Delicia Fay, the red-haired blood elf = night elf with no facial markings, dark green hair, and the 'short tail' hairdo. Also had an idea to elaborate on special dyes that dropped from bosses (fiery orange from Rag, or glitter dye from Valiona & Theralion, anyone?) or quite possibly from Tol'vir canopic jars (*finally* something to make it interesting for non-alchemists).But above all, we did not aim to upset people. We hope that you got some laughs and that Blizzard will once again think about armor customization possibilities. And yes, I agree Tink's glaive was over-the-top; but, glaives are awesome :)
Perculia you did an awesome job, I was very convinced - and excited - to have The Guild in WoW. The dyes be damned, Blizzard needs to take the idea and immortalize Felicia & the gang in WoW!
There's a web show? What guild? I'm lost.
"And I have to say, the Dye prank was the most convincing by far, unless someone actually went on the PTR. Good job! I think I may actually be more sad about there not being any Delicia Fay than I am for no dyes..."Indeed but can't say I'm all that surprised. For people complaining about these things not being funny. Its april fools not funnies or anything else. Yeah some companies play nice and just do some blatantly silly/funny ones. They don't have to. If it bothers you don't go to any sites April 1st.
Wizard's First Rule. You got me for a while too.
I enjoyed the April Fools jokes... though those patch notes are by far the greatest of them all... Mages & Priests get green fire? Shoulder armor size slider? 20% more vowels for the Draenei name? Rogue -> Rouge? Bus Shock?Man... I almost cried reading those.
*cries in a corner*And I thought the dye customization would actually come true!
God you people are such a bunch of whiners. Does it really matter if you can change the colour of your gear? Then again I'm probably biased since I'm a shadow priest and my gear is always, you know, purple and smokey.
