Fixed an issue where Dispersione, Torrente del Vuoto, and Pozione del Vuoto Turbinante were not always pausing Insanity generation.

Corrected an issue that could cause Elemental Shamans to experience an indefinite visual alert when they have maximum Maelstrom.

Quests

On the afternoon of Sunday, November 27, to alleviate an issue where too few Kirin Tor World Quests were available to allow for reliable completion of the Kirin Tor Emissary quest, we hotfixed that Emissary quest to autocomplete on login. This was a stopgap measure while we work on a proper fix to the underlying issue; we intend for future occurrences of the Kirin Tor Emissary quest to work as expected, like other Emissary quests.
The door leading to Furog lo Spaccaelfi's chamber in the Addestramento dell'armata degli Avvizziti scenario should now open more reliably.

On a healer it's just a very bad design of this quest by Blizzard.

Tanks have extreme advantage over healers on this quest. Just 100% stupid we can't use our "MAIN SPEC" to run this quest (Heal the low health Withered). Why do Tanks have full advantage of Taunt(s), multiple interrupts and heavy DPS while Healers have one long cool down taunt and interrupt and unable to use primary spec (Heal for anything).

Sorry, BLIZZ you need to fix withered for Healers before I step foot in that instance again. Very unbalanced for specific classes that can cake walk the entire instance.
