This could legit be something cool for crafters.
At lease it adds something interesting AND unique to professions.
LOL NightBorne demon hunter =)
I'm pretty sure the golems are a reference to the "Big Daddy" mutants that protect the little sisters in Bioshock.
Nightborne Demon Hunters would be qiute a great addition :)
I can't wait to see what the leatherworker's mount will look like, because it will either be an awesome addition or a total let down for me. I wish it to be a thunderous raptor, but I'm afraid it will be some kind of huge beast like a thunder lizard. Fingers crossed, though.
I'm really curious what those blood contracts will do, I'm expecting same functionality as normal contracts, but different reward instead of rep, like gold or resources
So... I'm still confused as to what it does... at least for Alchemy...
Any idea what the engineering things do?
Kind of lame do-nothings that don't really have any tangible benefit. The Blacksmithing one is quite laughable: 1 piece of gear per hour? That will see next to no use. I need not even mention its secondary effect to maybe proc indestructible on crafted weapons.First of all, none of the weapons a Blacksmith can craft are actually worth using. They're junk, RNG stats, and a meager ilvl of 340. Garbage. All they are, just like everything Blacksmiths can craft nowadays, is nothing more than food for enchanters to DE and maybe transmog. Rolling indestructible on something that isn't even going to be used may as well be a proc that doesn't exist.I may have been interested if it was repair all your gear once per hour, like Blacksmiths have been asking for years. At this point it's like asking someone to go to the store and pick up a gallon of milk, and they return with water and white food coloring.I just want gear crafting professions to be worth learning for something that actually improves the character having them.
Seriously? Being able to repair stuff for free, recycling gems from your own gear, being able to gain free extra supplies, free self-healing, summoned guardians... All of those have a significant purpose to a max-level player. What does LW get? Unknown temporary buffs as well as a mount that DOESN'T count toward collections and is not usable outside 2 outdoor zones. Zones you have already levelled through and will only visit while doing world quests if those interest you as a player at all. This will be a massive letdown for me as a leatherworker. Everyone else seems able to use their items outside of Zandalar and Kul Tiras, and one hour buffs seem rather useless to me unless those buffs cause ACTUAL VALUEABLE SUPPLIES to drop, or the mount gives LW mounted, flying combat.
Blizzard trying to resurrect Professions that are dead as a dodo in BFA.
