Do there's still a chance to have peace.
if that banshee ^&*!@ doesn't want to give thrall's horde back, than we've gotta take it from her by force.
So, how are we not going to turn Syl into another raid boss? Perhaps next expansion we can fight Thrall or Voljin? Perhaps we could find a new horde Warchief to kill.
not a MoP rehashed at all btw
I really must of missed when Baine and Lor'themar both got chummy with each other as I still can't figure out why he'd want to help the guy who undermined the Horde and helped Jaina who has wronged Lor in the past as well as have been recently involved in leading the Siege of Daz...
LOL, why Night Elves rangers defending Orgrimmar?Blizzard gave Night Elves to the Horde? That is pretty stupid! ;)))
ASWS ALWAYS SIDE WITH SYLVANAS
A lot of ally boys pretending to be Hordies in this thread. For shame.
Honestly, I don't get the Garrosh comparison OTHer than because she is Warchief. Thats literally the only thing that is similar between the two. Garrosh believe all other races were inferior , and sought to even destroy them (even so far as horde races as well)Garrosh was also textbook toxic masculinity. He preyed upon others, and never took responsibility for his mistakes. Garrosh WENT crazy later. Garrosh did care about the Horde in his own way. Sylanvas does not have any notion of racial superiority, the only reason she wants more Forsaken is 1, as she states several times Forsaken cannot reproduce (duh) and 2, the reason thats a problem is because even she is still an abomination to the other leaders of the Horde (for being undead) and they could easily turn on her. She wants to have an army for when that happens.Where Garrosh represents a troupe male character we see time and time again, Sylvanas gives us something we don't. A female character that has absolutely no care for anything else. Even the most heinous of female villians are shown to have feminine compassions and its ANNOYING. The only person I honeslty think she cares about is Nathanos, and I genuinely believe she would betray him in a heartbeat if it meant not going to damnation. She is a refreshing character from some of the more lacklustre, stereotypical characters in WoW. Sylvanas has always been power hungry, she's just always had a Warchief to stop her. Sylvanas does not care about the Horde as a whole, she only cares about her and to a lesser extent her people not going to eternel torment (not that I blame her really, they didn't chose to become undead after all)Honestly, she is more like the one she hates the most, The Lich king. You become that which you hate. She hates the living for merely being living, something she was robbed of. And her hatred has twisted her into a brutal warrior queen. She's fanatical, just like Arthas was and bent on revenge. I'm just really bummed the first female warchief had to be, you know, evil. And now we are gonna have to be saved by a man.
Notice, by the way, the usual tonal dissonance between the Horde infiltration being met by elite Forsaken guards and Dark Rangers and the Alliance having to battle through... random goblin mechanics. Funny that. And last time Taran Zhu thought he had the right to tell everyone what was fair he let Garrosh start a new world war by refusing to let Garry be executed and instead demanding that cringy, farcical trial. This time instead when Jaina accuses Lorethremar of sabotaging attempts at peace he doesn't even deny it instead stating that defending his Blood Elves had to come first. And then Taran Zhu shuts her down. That's how it goes, folks. The Horde attacks, the Alliance defends, "both sides are equally in the wrong," the Horde is given permission to log Azshara in exchange for a peace treaty which it breaks and an outside force steps in to demand the Alliance make concessions in the name of "peace" while goblin merchants market "extra smokey Darnassian charcoal briquettes."There are two things I really love about World of Warcraft. The first is that prisoner of war camps are always a mistake and the wise general executes any enemy taken alive early and the other is that "there are fine people on both sides, both sides" because the worst actions can always be excused by the best intentions. There is no crime so great it can't be redeemed by a shallow act of contrition pulled out of the plot's butt by screaming on the forums.Speaking of which: when Tyrande dies as a trade for Sylvanas's evil I told you so.
