Wolfshead Helm - due to the synergy of this helm's effect with Furor and Natural Shapeshifter, this helm is great for powershifting Feral DPS Druids.

Corehound Belt - if you know someone revered with Thorium Brotherhood who can craft the item, this belt is solid due to the large amount of +healing for Healing Druids and Healing Paladins.

Smoking Heart of the Mountain - great trinket for Feral Druid Tanks due to the armor; this trinket is BoP so you must learn the recipe and craft it to equip it.

Engineering

Green Lens is powerful for many casters as the helm can roll a variety of +magic damage stats.
Healing Druids, Healing Paladins, and Healing Priests want +Healing

Mages want +Frozen Wrath

Shadow Priests and Warlocks want +Shadow Wrath

Balance Druids want +Arcane Wrath
