I thought they had a problem with races that couldn't wear certain articles of clothing being playable... What are blizz's standards. When I first heard of Mechagnomes being playable, I assumed they would make the gear visible somehow. Obviously not.

Transmog limitations? Sounds like it's Naga time!
Ugh. So basically you have to wear a robe in order to avoid the diaper look. Was looking forward to these....
The only thing I don't like is that I can't have the metal jaw without losing my eyes... hopefully the customization options in Shadowlands will make these independent as well.
Blizzard failing customization options as usual. Why not one mech arm and one "claw"/grip? One fleshy arm and one mecha arm?Only two types of mech feet.No customization when it comes to how the mech parts look. They should've come with all kinds of colours and lazer lights to make them look cool.Just to name a few things that could've been done.
Looks absolutely badass. Waiting for the patch day so I can race change instantly. My gnome warrior becoming a mechanical gnome warrior.
Wait, they "cannot" transmog those slots, not even to get the extra 3d pieces that have shown up on a lot of the newer hand/foot armor? That's pretty stupid.
All this wasted time and effort. Don't worry, Blizzard. One day you'll learn. One day. Those racials won't save the Alliance population and no one is ecstatic to yet again grind out another rep for what is inarguably a race that only numbers-lovers could love. Yes, I hear you people saying, "UHHH I'LL PLAY IT I PROMISE I WILL YOU'LL SEE" We see the realmpop numbers. We know Allied Races were objective wastes of time and most players only touch the good ones and even they required asinine rep grinding to begin with. One day you'll learn.
I do also agree that Mechagnomes are... creepy. I've been trying to figure out if I could even play one, since it was already a stretch getting me to make a gnome warlock (and actually these are similar issues I have with Forsaken, which is why it was also hard making one of those, ending up with a mage) but I've made at least one of each AR...Transmog limitations, odd body style, just... eh...On the flipside, I'm making as many Vulpera as I possibly can LOLI think this AR could've succeeded a bit better with cooler, more unique options. Like single limbs, as people have been saying, or lasers and light-up parts. Paint jobs like bright red, more styles of legs, etcUsually I wouldn't put more work on the design team, but Blizz had to have known these guys were a hard sell for most of the playerbase alreadyEdit: Also wanted to add - it's always super weird hearing people say 'low pop Alliance' because I main RP realms and Alliance dominates those lol
Lol @ some of those expressions, with the one eye half closed! ROFL!Anyways, I am glad there are plate face options because seriously gnomes need better face options (the males, at least). There is nothing interesting and most are downright ugly. Little wonder that no one plays the race...
Wow, some of the face replacements look pretty spooky :D
