Increase rage generation by 2%, then 4%, then 6%, then 8%, then 10%, what an interesting way to spend five levels worth of character development. In Diablo 3, we would get five new variations of abilities or new game-changing passives to play with.

Not to mention the respeccing. In D3, you would just swap your abilities any way you please, at any time out of combat.
