They give the full price back, what are you talking about? Might be a horrible, shameful launch, but we're not entitled to extra money or to keep bonus goods just because of it. I'm as upset at Blizz as anyone else but that's silly. That's fair, just how it is.
Contact CS, I'm sure they can figure it out. Wouldn't be fair to lose BlizzCon rewards as they should be separate.

How the f some ppl here are complaining that they don't get to keep the mount after refund. Are they that dumb?
People keep referring to the mount as a gift or pre-order bonus but it's still available as just the deluxe (spoils of war) version extra stuff so Idk what you got other than that for pre-ordering it, (beta access or something?) but if it's still available to people after release then it's nothing. At least you got to use it for a while I guess.In a game where people go through all the hassle of setting up dummy accounts to recruit and pay for etc to get RAF mounts and stuff at least this mount was a 1 click and done process, pricey but cop it on the chin if you really use it and want it and will miss it that much.
This was the last straw for me. I refunded WCIII: Reforged, cancelled my Shadowlands pre-order, and cancelled my WoW sub. I'm not going to be giving Blizzard any more money until they show signs of turning this ship around.
If GameStop taught me anything 15 years ago, its this: NEVER PREORDERAnd in today's day and age of digital availability, it makes even less sense to preorder any game.Its hard to do. Trust me, I understand the draw, especially with preorder bonuses, but we have to stop giving the gaming industry money before they give us a product. This isn't just for Blizzard, but for every game maker big and small.
I'm going to hate losing that wagon, but it's not worth $43 to keep it. The refund process took about 2 minutes today and I prepurchased over a year ago, so maybe they've got the bugs out now. It's refunding back to my credit card that I used and said it would probably take about 72 hours to process. I hope everyone else's goes that smoothly.

It's kinda funny that they messed up on something then they're handing off the responsibility of... refunds(#cough credit card information) to an automated system. An automated system will NEVER(!) mess up even though any and all systems/AI is no smarter than the person that design said system, said AI. lol And we know Blizzard hasnt been doing a great job on quality checks LOL to ensure there will be no complication. Just use the automated refund system from for Warcraft 3. IT SHOULD BE GOOD!

Again, if you don't like reforged. You didn't like the original or simply never played it and expected more. -The bugs will be worked out. Also, wow mount is lit <3The decision to keep originality over new content(announced in 2019) doesn't bother me what-so-ever. The price is rather steep for a 20 year old game though.

seen a lot of people exploit this feature... they played the game for a whole week for multiple hours played all there is and refunded it. i am fine with people refunding it out of disappointment but dont refund it if you played like up to 60+ hours.
