I solo the Blotto Pet Battle in Uldum with a Bloodbrood Whelpling. Use Breath as a filler and use Drain Blood every time it is usable. This has never failed once for me. :D

Did that change? 4 rares to kill and not 3?
I don't know if it's a new thing today or not, but I just killed Yiphrim the Will Ravager and got a notification that I had one attempt at Budget K'thir Disguise. So I looked in my toy box and it lists the toy as dropping from that rare, but that rare isn't listed in the rares with notable drops for Uldum section. I also noticed when I mouse over the rares in the zone that Almalgamation of Flesh drops Wicked Lurker and that's not on the list either.
You guys need to point out too, that the Assault Chests can drop 2000 gold/200 WResources/Gear-around-your-general-ILVL
