What about if we already have all pathfinders and paid for flying in all expansions, Will we be able to fly at level 10 when we get to that expansion? I already did Pathfinder in WoD will all my alts be able to fly there or will they ground me for 20 levels in a area I already earned flight in?
refund for all who bought both would be nice, but I doubt it
Level 40 for epic flying is going to feel so bad for leveling.
Ah I remember when there use to be a time were having 300% mount speed was an extreme luxury, looked at with high regaurds and coveted by all but obtained by few. then they let that all die by not keeping up with it and just making it a gold sink and then its just another minor thing to get. They should hvae increased theg old cost as the value of gold went down but they just let a cool system die.
i want my 5000g refunded when this goes live.... each character i have has max skill and this should in total grant me aprox 50k+ gold as "wasted money". i hope each character that spent the Cost for the artisan get a full refund of thos gold back.
I demand a retund for all the toons i payed for it for.....plz :)
I like this change, saves money for my alts.
I'm losing 5000 gold per character for my 13 characters, so Blizzard needs to pay me 13 x 5000 = 65.000 gold here. Right? Pay it to me back.Edit: I have paid 5000 gold on 5 of my alts recently in patch 8.3 because i didn't know about this change yet aswell, so your "You got use of them" argument is invalid.
150% riding should be changed to 190%, that would feel way more useful and comfortable. btw, many might not agree with me, but those who have 280% will more then likely will be upgraded to 310%, and I think, instead of doing that, everyone who has artisan riding The Right Stuff should receive a nice unique mount, it would be way cooler from my opinion. Even if it's just a reskin of an existing mount, with some small modifications. Learning 310% riding for 5k gold is no big deal nowadays, so being rewarded with a new mount for taking away something we have spent gold on, would feel much better, and it could be a nice reminder for the "old" times.
People moaning about refunds... stop being so entitled. You used and benefited from the service you paid for. If you were dumb enough to buy artisan riding after learning of it going away, that's on you.On another note, current testing on the beta shows a copied character with only artisan riding with the 280% speed, but no spell in the book to indicate why. So it's possible we may keep the speed boost if we already bought it.
I just logged in on one of my alts, and his flying speed says it's still 280.So no free 310 flying, but at least it doesn't dump us into 150
