The most prominent changes in an upcoming build will be two new talents for Retribution.

– A redesigned Execution Sentence brings back the iconic falling hammer, and delayed burst of large damage, on a 1 min cooldown.
– As discussed previously, Inquisizione was slated for replacement, due to having its role largely supplanted by the classwide talent Serafino. Look on row 50 for an entirely new active damage talent, Final Reckoning.

More minor changes:
– Santificazione Cinerea slightly reworked to be more normal AoE damage, as well as providing a stronger buff to Martello dell'Ira.
– Mani Curative (Ret) redesigned to buff both Mano Celestiale and Parola di Gloria, and to have it effect scale continuously with target health rather than having a cliff.
– Dono di Fede (Holy) generates 1 Holy Power
– Martello della Luce (Holy) healing substantially increased
The second number in Healing Hands’s tooltip should read 200%. I believe it should be working correctly other than the toolip.

I like the Bestow Faith change. HP gen for Holy doesn't feel great all the time. I have despised Inquisition since it came into the game back in Cata. I am so so glad to finally see it die. Ashen Hollow still doesnt seem very good for any of the Pally specs. 5 throwing shields for Prot or even the Night Fae blessings in any of the specs out class it which is very unfortunate. It's far too much effort with mechanics these days, in an un-melee friendly raid, to consistently line up the burst of Execution Sentence. High candidate to see little use.

Inquisition was mandatory for about half or BFA because devs couldn't figure out that some of the stats needed to be baked into the spec in the first place. Seraphim is just the new Inq. It doesn't particularly provide anything new except creating another window of dmg that will be used during wings and then just used on CD the rest of the time....so innovative.

Ashen Hallow zzzzzzzz

Healing hands just encouraged Rets to play stupidly. You or your target would either die half the time trying to gauge the 30% mark or you would use it as needed (as you're supposed to encourage variety play and assist healers) and most the time not benefit from it. This is a positive change, to a situational issue.

The spec needs an identity. Either we're damage and we need a non clunky rotation with meaningful damage output, or we're hybrid/utility and you need to reward us and the raid with buffs and spells that enhance that. We bring nothing that a Hpal or Prot already don't with way more value than us. This is just the cracked version of MoP Ret, master of nothing. Having to choose between dying because we are too slow and surviving by bubbling more often or... surviving maybe because we can move decently twice every 40 sec. That doesn't feel good. Just make Cavalier baseline for Ret please, I guess we have to go Nightfae for the mobility, meaningful choice am I right?... Still not addressing aggro generation from Divine storm either, not even a single mention of it. That's not enough. And that's not really what paladins asked for imo.
