Actually kind of glad to see this. Tired of faction conflict getting randomly shoehorned back into the spotlight due to individual characters being stupidly greedy. I'm still worried they're going to make the Alliance bad guys for no reason other than balancing out Horde drama, but this makes me feel a bit more at ease.
Greymane almost said "the loss of yet another son" or something similar, this is even sadder now :c
Well, I'm pretty sure Genn practically see Anduin as a son.
I kinda' want to see the alliance in a sort of civil war once we return. Just an absolute power struggle between Turalyon and Genn would be nice. This could play well with blizzard's continuous hints at a light-themed expansion.
If we finally get unrest in the Alliance and it’s between humans I’m going to be furious.Tyrande and the Night Elves have had legitimate concerns for years with Horde encroachment due to Garrosh and Sylvanas. The fact that the Horde has a council now and it’s actually being explored is exactly how the Alliance should have been getting written this entire time. The Alliance has always been separate nations fighting together under one banner for conflicts that those factions agree with, and BfA showed the first sign of that with Darkshore. Anduin refused to send Stormwind’s troops so Tyrande and Gen sent the Sentinal Army and Gilnean Troops.I fully understand that the Stormwind Military has been the bulk of the Alliance forces with Gnomeregan, Ironforge and the Silver Covenant aiding for the majority of WoW but the other nations do have their own independent armies. If there is a power struggle in Stormwind it better damn well be clear that it’s a Stormwind issue and not an Alliance issue. The Army of the Light and the Lightforged should be reintegrating with the Draenei under Velen. Tyra Lyon is still a son of Stormwind and a huge name in its history so he should have enough support from certain nobles to oust the House of Wyrnn without dragging the other races into it.
The golden one claims a vacant throne. The crown of light will bring only darkness.
Shaw's goofy thumbs up at the end rekt me.
I'm glad there'll be no civil war within the Alliance. In fact, there will be no civil war in the Alliance at all.
Whitemane for the Alliance and Nazgrim for the Horde is both cool addition to represent the Death Knights and bringing the player to Bolvar.However...What ever happened to Thassarian and Koltira it's like their story ended after we freed Koltira from Sylvanas grasps in Legion.I want to see especially Koltira's point of view after Sylvanas was de-throned as warchief especially after his time in her jail.
"Son", Genn, the word you sought was son, not "king."And in the book Shadow Rising, Turalyon had been show to use power of Light to torment prisoners while Alleria used Void. This is troubling, since Anduin also agreed to them doing that, which Jaina objected.
