Use: Rephases the anima strings on a target that recently died, restoring them to life with 60% health and 20% mana. Castable in combat.

Chance to backfire, phasing the wrong strings on a target resulting in a loss of vitality.

Cannot be used by players higher than level $ctrmax807. (10 Min Cooldown)

This was cool to have but it's nothing to go up in arms about. A solid group that doesn't do dumb crap and using personal abilities to survive things is more beneficial than this item. Too many pugs blew keys as I revived the healer or tank due to crap they kited into the healer for example.

Glad to see it back but it's really nothing to get crazy over.
