Update on Diminishing Returns for Secondary Stats in Shadowlands - New Thresholds, New Penalty Zone

Diminishing Returns for secondary stats

Lower bound was raised from 25% to 30%

New penalty zone added beyond 66% increase from rating.

Hard cap was raised from 106% to 126%.

Old (August)

Current

From 0 to 25%, there's no penalty.
From 25% to 34%, there's a 10% penalty.
From 34% to 42%, there's a 20% penalty.
From 42% to 49%, there's a 30% penalty.
From 49% to 106%, there's a 40% penalty.
You can't get more than 106% from gear rating.

From 0 to 30%, there's no penalty.
From 30% to 39%, there's a 10% penalty.
From 39% to 47%, there's a 20% penalty.
From 47% to 54%, there's a 30% penalty.
From 54% to 66%, there's a 40% penalty.
From 66% to 126%, there's a 50% penalty.
You can't get more than 126% from gear rating.

But from a first look, the penalty values seem bugged. And with that I mean with higher gained stats you may end up with less absolute values. Gearing up with effectively make you weaker. Time for math....
