But what was it....haha
Argus!Edit: it can't be Ysera given she died before Ursoc.
Hello all players affected by "world server is down". Welcome to the loading screen, I'll be your guide.
Except ysera isn't the aspect of life, that's alexstrazsa, ysera is the guardian of the emerald dream, and aspect of nature. Plus she died before ursoc, who came to ardenweld. It's most likely Argus. That or helya.
There is just one obvious option, or it's something we don't know yet. In the former case, there must be an explanation why Argus' soul split or whatever happened to it.
SERVERS ARE DOWN
or maybe it was helya after we slew her in hellheim.
I hope its denarthius, under the jailers orders, who caused it, because would be nice for us not to be responsible lol
Am I the only one who cannot hear anything the Arbiter is saying because of how loud everything else in the cinematic is?
Maybe lines up with the wound Sargeras caused to Azeroth?
If you read the description of Antorus in the dungeon journal it says this at the very end of it. "Should these forces rise to serve thier master, the final hour will fall upon all of creation." Argus clearly rose to serve Sargeras, even more so by being corrupted/empowered by him during the fight on mythic (why he was red). Being the "Titan of Death" and all, it would make sense that Sargeras had planned for his death in someway. My guess is Sargeras and the other pantheon know about the Arbiter and jailer and Sargeras knew that the only way he could be free and finish his crusade is with the help of the jailer
The machine of death broke around 6pm est along with all the machines proping up the rest of the functions on the servers lol.
"There's a cinematic explaining how the machine of death broke." - DanuserNice one Dan, it just broke is an explanation I guess. /s So I'm guessing it's either a soul we don't know about or related to a soul we do know about, extremely vague I know but so is the cinematic. Also I thought it was said the Arbiter didn't send souls to the Maw and that Revendreth was the deciding factor in that trip? What's that stream of souls at the bottom of the tower that just explodes with flow after the Arbiter is disabled? Also also why is the tower designed in such a fashion to just be a funnel when not in use...Edit: Got Danuser's interview mixed up with Ion's.
So, me and the wife were talking about this, and she brought up a very good point. It could actually be Saurfang. Here is why...Sylvanas killed Saurfang using Shadowlands magic, she has killed no other being with that type of magic, other than Saurfang. So maybe his soul was affected differently, and straight-lined right into the Maw. Causing a 404 Error with the Arbiter. If I am wrong, then whatever occurred, happened MUST have happened AFTER the END of Legion.Thoughts?
Teldrassil souls went to the Maw so it can't have anything to do with Saurfang's death events.
This is said to have had happened during the Legion, so...My bet would be on one of those three : Gul'dan, Kil'jaeden or Argus.I tend to believe it's Argus.ORPart of Azeroth' soul was split when Sargeras sword hit her and badaboom. That's what Sylvanas saw when she touched the Azerite and saw a perfect opportunity to set forth her plan to feed the maw. Fast forward a few patches, we need to remove the sword on Azeroth to reclaim the missing piece of her sould. Arbitrer awakes, everything peachy again in SL.
Let's hope to see the mighty Argus once again!
