There currently is a bug, yes.

The mouseover tooltip that lists your top runs has been excluding runs that fail the timer. That is a display issue only. The rewards will be correct on Tuesday, and you do not need to beat the timer for your Mythic Keystone dungeon completions to count towards progress.

However the Great Vault hasn’t updated.

Commento di DranightI mean if your highest key was an untimed 15, the great vault shows the 15 on the first reward. All you have to do is look. And wasn't this already the case? Of course your key counts if it was untimed. Second and third options do not need timed completion despite only showing timed runs at this time.
